I didn't expect to much on this but just want to chat with my friends while gaming..but it broke within a month...

My nephew loves online games for PlayStation, he needed a set to talk to his friends. This wired set was perfect due to the quality and price. Don't buy if set is far from seating.

I actually got these headphones free when I bought my son a new Playstation 3. They came as a bundle package. My son loves them and I don't have to listen to him playing all his games. I took out the warranty as well.

Identical to the Gold Headset. Silver is wired as opposed to the Gold version which is wireless. Same great sound as the gold. The head discomfort is not there for me, but everyone's head shape is different.

I have this and the wireless headset. Both great sound.

My husband loves these, now he can play his games when everyone is sleeping and he can listen as loud as he wants. He asked why he didn't get these sooner!

Great set of headphone for in game chat or if you want to use the PS4 option of having all audio through the headphones when late at night and you want the TV speakers mute. Highly recommend.

Pro - sound and microphone quality is great. Con - it's wired and one side of the headphone stopped working, after two or three weeks from now. I got it replaced.

I bought these headphones because I figured that because they are Sony they would be a great product. To my surprise within two months the plastic headband broke in half. I contacted Sony to ask if there was something that could be done and they said "sorry, there is no warranty on those". Not impressed with that. The sound was great and the mike works wonderfully, just broken headband.

Bought this for my boyfriend. We price matched to Walmart. He loves it. When you push the mic up you are muted and when it's down you tak normally. Very cool and comfortable.

there are games where you would need a headset, and for gamers it will come in handy because it will benefit you to communicate well to your other players :)

Bought this headset for my son as being his first ever he really enjoys it wouldnt say its the best cause isnt but like i said great for kids wanting a headset

But for the money you should get the Gold. But if you're gonna spend the money on the Gold, you should get Turtle Beach Stealth 500. Cordless and provides surround sound depth

Must buy for any playstation owner. Doubles as headphones so its a versatile headset. If you can afford the gold go gold but these work great as well.

These headphones sound great but when i tried to use the microphone on mine it didnt work

I bought this for both my kids (Small Heads) an both pairs broke on top. I bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan, but Best Buy wouldn't replace the Headphones. Said the plan doesn't cover them if the are broke. Whats the point of the Extended Warrenty? Had they not matched Amazon's Price. I wouldn't have bought them.

These are very nice and very comfortable. I was amazed by the fact that my ears weren't sore as they have been with other brands of headsets.

I purchased this head set for my 12 year old son and he just loves how easy it was to use and how comfortable it feels on his ears.
