It was so complicated that I just couldn't do it - I then read a review where another senior citizen had the same problem. I had to exchange them for a different brand because this set was totally useless to me. Sony is a good brand name and I would recommend them because of their name.

So disappointed in Sony

This will be the first time I have ever had a negative review for a Sony product. The sound quality was ok but they cracked just above the ear piece of the headset. I was so upset with my daughter as I thought she had mishandled them, only to find out that this was a common problem and worst Sony was aware of it. I will never buy Sony headphones again and will advise any consumer, who value hard earned money, to not purchase them either. So disappointed in these Sony headphones. These things should get no stars. If I could I would. What a piece of junk.
