Great Headphones
Great sound quality and very comfortable. I will continue to shop for Sony over other brands.

Lasted Two years Until the Right Side Broke
I LOVE the sound that comes out of these babies. The bass is the perfect amount yet still able to hear everything you need without spending a fortune. However, yesterday while picking them up from the desk the right side (near the connection) broke and the right earpiece is hanging. I have no idea why as I've had them only two years. I guess that I should have bought the extra warranty but I didn't expect them to practically snap in two.

Design Flaw
I purchased 4 of these for my family. All of them broke around the same location by the speaker. We contacted Sony for a replacement. They refused. Their sound quality is amazing. This was a lot of money to lose. We are very disappointed Sony would not replace them.
