I tried to return them but my service when I attempted this was lackluster at best. Instead I was directed to buy another product that would make them "work". Charged them up overnite and hooked them up. They worked great for about an hour then died. Hooked up to charger worked again for a little bit and now WILL NOT TAKE A CHARGE. Will try to return, but Not expecting anything. Too long since buying.

In other words it broke and since these only have a one year warranty I’m out of luck. Next time either I’m buying cheaper Bluetooth headphones or buying something with a multi year warranty. Bummed...

So now I can not return the item and it dies not work properly.

Hurts my ears

These headsets are ON the ear. They hurt after a little time. I meant to buy OVER the ear headsets. By the way, a best buy sales person helped me pick these out and I don't think she knew what she was doing.

It wouldn't take a charge and it wouldn't turn on. Luckily Best Buy was willing to accept a return, which I then used to upgrade to the Sony xb950b1.

It is on the ear so had to return it after son was disappointed on Christmas morning. Bought next model up at other store $30 cheaper. Sony headphones are all great products but someone by now should have seen this was not advertised correctly.
