If you are looking for over the ear with sound quality, these are very nice. they have the extra bass button and it has extra bass. They have a very warm sound and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.They are not very load but for the volume they reach the sound quality is very nice. you do lose some options when not using the Bluetooth.

These headphones are incredible. Not only can you connect via bluetooth , but you can download NFC Easy Connect open the app up and put it to the side that has the NFC symbol and it automatically connects. I've never wasted my money on Beats headphones, but I had a friend try them out and he ended up purchasing these instead of a new pair of Beats.

My comparison is based on my old bose around the ear head phones and true sound headphones. I am blown away by the sound quality of both high and Lows Every thing sounded so good and clear. I am not a big fan of high bass but with this headphones it sounded so good. Wish I had got this one before Bose true sound headphones. No regrets as I got in Thanksgiving deal. The ear cups fit well with my big ears and that is one of my important criteria.

I cannot say enough about these headphones from Sony; awesome clarity and the extra bass button really gives you that rich bass. The recharging time is minimal and I can go about 4 days without recharging listening about two hours every day. These might not be the headphones released by a certain "doctor" from California, but they sure do kick butt.

These Sony headphones are outstanding. The sound quality is unbelievable. I got these at half price during black Friday week. The battery life is great. I am now using these with my new 65 inch 4K TV and the quality and distance that they reach are superb. Only thing I would say is a negative is I do not actually need the MEGA bass feature for TV or Movie watching. it is almost too loud. Best pair of head phone I have ever owned.

The sound is great, the quality excellent, the batteries go over 20 hours in one charge, and it works with all devices you pair it with. I'm currently using it on my iPad and once connected I can continue listening to my music with the press of a button without having to even touch my tablet. Another great product from Sony and a much better value than overpriced Beats. I got them on Black Friday weekend for $100 and love them!!

Great battery life, BEAUTIFUL sound and great Bluetooth reception. I use these for running and while at work in a noisy environment. There is no break up in the Bluetooth connection while running and the range for Bluetooth is easily 50 feet when at work. Highly recommend these compared to Beats for sound, battery life, and Bluetooth reception!

PROS:The bass on these headphones wraps you in a blanket of music- and I love the convenience of the Bluetooth feature. Really makes working more liberating after fussing with broken cords for a year. CONS: The headphones themselves are slightly bulky and charging them can be tricky- I can never tell if they are connected to my laptop and when they are fully charged. Other than that, I do suggest! What a sound these produce!

Because of the popularity hype of the beats by Dre, high quality head gear tends to get overlooked. In my opinionated truth these are MOST DEFINITELY overlooked.The plush thickness of the earcovers make them easy to wear for an extended period of time, as I have sensitive ears and normally don't wear headphones longer than an hour and a half. I allowed almost 3hrs sneak up on me with no discomfort at all. The sound is off the chain! The clarity is next level! If you're a hip hop, R&B, or even classical fan, the bass boost will take you on a musical high that will be duely noted. Do yourself a favor and go to best buy and try these on in the headphones department. I'm a believer that you won't be disappointed or dissatisfied!

In the store, the noise cancelling part was not so impressive, and I was hesitant. But I wanted them for a long flight to listen to music uninterrupted. WOW! when I had them on, I could hear minor noises in the plane, but once the music began, it was like I was separated from everyone else. At lower volumes, I could tell when an announcement was being made, although I could not tell what the actual words were. Now that I have returned home, I use them for lawn mowing and other chores. Wonderful! I also enjoy the forward/repeat option right on the headphones so I don't have to pull out the phone to skip or repeat a track. There is also a volume control on them that comes in handy. The charge lasts a long time: My phone quits first.

I purchased these headphones on Black Friday, and had to make a choice between Beats and the Sonys. Taking price out of the equations, the Sonys have a superior sound, and have a solid build quality. You can't go wrong with this set. No issues connecting them to a cellphone, and out of the box to a full charge took just under four hours. I purchased the red, which is exclusive to Best Buy, and my Daughter loves them!

For $100, these things are great. Drowns out the outside noise. Great sound quality. Love the red color. Bluetooth works perfectly and I believe the power left on the headphones shows on my iPhone screen!

I absolutely love these headphones. It is the first pair of wireless headphones that I purchased. I had been so frustrated with other brands of headphones, where the wires either got warped or the right ear piece went out due to loss of the connection. This pair completely gets around that. They are comfortable and the padded ears completely cover the entire ear. It has a bass boost that is great, especially if you listen to a lot of house or techno. You can run them from your mobile phone if you are running Pandora with a blue tooth connection, but at the same time you can just plug them into your laptop if you want to listen that way. They also charge via your laptop or any other USB Connector, and hold power for 6 hours. So there is no more need of purchasing batteries. And the headphones will work at up to a range of 30 meters. I do not know how I used headphones with cords for all these years.

I have had Beats Executive over-the-ear headphones and they are dang good, when it comes to clarity in volume. These Sony headphones have that PLUS an extra option for deeper non-distorting bass. This wins. Plus it's way cheaper. Beats are meant to have good bass, they do not unfortunately. Something they could fix in the near future, but these are hands down already the best. I recommend this product for the bass types.

I got these on cyber monday for 99$. With all the hoopla about Beats and Bose, these are actually very good headphones that are not pat of those brands. Beats are extremely over rated and over priced, while Bose are great but generally just pricey. These headphone are amazing considering they are bluetooth and have great audio quality. I use these all the time now, they don't bleed much sound and they have great battery life.
