These headphones work great. The sound quality is awesome. The bass boost function isn't really necessary as the bass sounds great without it. The phone controls are ok but they lack the voice command functions for my iPhone so I am unable to access voice commands via Siri on the headset.

My son (6) needed a pair of wireless over the ear headphones. I wanted to get him Beats, but after reading the reviews, looking at prices, and factoring in the my son is 6, I decided to go with these headphones. I'm happy with the headphones, the sound is good and he finds them comfortable. I purchased the blue colored headphones, the color is exactly the same as it appears in the picture. I got them on sale for $89.99, for the price, it was a good purchase. Probably some cool add ons to the headphones would be a pouch to carry them in, or a longer micro USB cable for charging. However, those things would drive the price up, so overall, a good buy if are looking for a pair of over ear wireless headphones, especially if you don't want to pay the price of Beats or Bose.

Purchased 3 pairs to give to the kids and they have lasted more than a week. That is saying a lot since head phones seem to be dispensable around our household. The flexibility of using Bluetooth or headphone jack mad the units very appealing to us as not all of the electronics that we currently commission don't have Bluetooth. I would recommend these headphones to others.

Did a lot of research on-line and in stores. These Sony Extra Bass MDRXB950BT/B headphones are the most comfortable and lightest that I tried. The sound is fantastic and I really like this purchase. Would have been nice if there was a case to protect them. I did purchase a case on line for them.

I went to a BestBuy store and they had these among other headphones on display. What made me choose these was a super annoying guy on his cell phone standing in the same aisle as me. Once I put the headphones on, I was able to easily connect to my phone to listen to my own favorite music at a normal level and it sounded great. The extra bass option is fun for recreating that feeling of being in a club. I was so pleased because I couldn't hear a word super annoying guy was saying on his cell phone despite still standing next to me. I use these at home, in the office, and while on flights. No complaints.

Offers huge bass levels, loud maximum volume, and long battery life. My only gripe is when listening to very quiet sounds/music, there is a noticable hum in the background. But hey, if you wanted perfect sound you'd buy studio monitors and a wired DAC. For listening to EDM, hip hop, or club bangers, while being mobile, these are THE headphones to buy.

A great pair of bluetooth headphones, the sound quality is superb and the bass is great as well. These are also very comfortable on ear and the battery life is astounding.

Headphones are awesome. Great battery life. Amazing volume and bass boost. Very little if any distortion present at the most high volumes. I do not suggest listening to these at high volume for an extended period of time.

I purchased the Studio Beats for around $300. I was told they were wireless (which they weren't and I discovered this as soon as I opened the packaging). I charged them a bit and when I put them on, I was instantly disappointed. I literally returned them less than 24 hours after purchase. I found myself at Best Buy and asked one of the representatives to give me their opinion on wireless headphones. These extra bass headphones by Sony were one of 3 or 4 options that were given to me. I love the look of these and the price was actually less than $200 so I went with them. After charging them, I put the headphones to the test. Let me just say, I was not disappointed one bit. I like my music loud and I frequently have to turn down the volume. I would give these a perfect rating, however, I still haven't figured out how to check the battery status and I don't think they have an excellent noise reduction feature (for others hearing your music through the headphones not you hearing others). I can tune out the entire gym while I'm working out and I can even walk a decent distance away from my phone while still picking up Bluetooth signal. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and with Sony for making an excellent product. Thanks you guys. :)

Sound quality is excellent. Bluetooth has worked flawlessly for me so far (about 3 weeks). Battery life has been pretty good. The ear pieces fit well and are comfortable.

I went in to pick up some beats I had purchased the night before online without testing them, next day came in after been told beats were overrated, tested a few and couldn't have made a better choice with these after testing all at the store, nice bass perfect headphones!

I had been looking for some good quality headphones for a while. When i saw these at $70 off at best buy I went ahead and ordered. For only $129 these are really good headphones. the sound quality is comparable to any high end headphones and the bass boost button is a plus.

I was looking for a pair headphones that would cancel out the noise while flying. But after doing some looking around I could not find any for under $250. But these Headpones are great because with the volume up you cannot even hear the plane, plus the are very conformable.

The sound quality is very good. Although the ear cushions are bulky, they are comfortable on the ears. The battery does not need frequent charging. However, it would have been nice if a regular battery charger (wall outlet) was included. Overall, I recommend the headphones.

This is my first Bluetooth headset and I am more than pleased. The bass boost is perfect, not overpowering as others I have tried. My son has a Bose Bluetooth headset and the performance of my Sony is as good if not a bit better, and for a much less price. A solid 5 stars!

My granddaughter wanted "over the ear" headphones this Christmas. Courtesy of a Best Buy exclusive not only does she have her wish but in addition in her favorite color- blue. Charging went easily and she is very happy with the sound and comfort of the headphones. Good choices for lying about listening to tunes or watching a movie on her iPad

Judged at full retail these would be a 4 star set, but I paid $89! At $89 these are great. They certainly focus on bass, but not in a way that ruins or distorts the highs and mids in any way. I also like that this includes the ability to run these with a detachable wire. Of course this is nice for when the battery is dead, but also a nice feature for when you have a high end DAC available (such as my LG V20). This review is written for the black version. The black is a solid choice and is certainly safe, but it is definitely less eye catching than some of the other available colors.
