I prefer headphones for doing my yard work and these are great for that. They can be a bit hot on the ears but they have excellent music quality.

I went to Best Buy before black Friday with a friend of mine and while he was looking at tablets I ended up looking at headphones because they are a weakness of mine. I own a pair of matte black Beats studio wireless headphones that I use at the gym but I'll get to that later. As I was looking at headphones I noticed these and having owned a pair of Sony xtra bass headphones before I thought to myself they are just junk but I tried these on and I immediately noticed a difference even with the standard display music they were hooked up to. I noticed how much more comfortable they were compared to my Beats and then I noticed the bass that these have. While wired with the supplied auxiliary cord you can't use the bass boost function which is a flaw if you ask me but it doesn't take away from the sound. When wired you get a cleaner mid bass and highs but when using bluetooth like I do at the gym you can make them thump like two subwoofers strapped to your head. Sometimes the bass boost is too much for some songs and will distort the highs but bass boost is great for enhancing Pandora radio which seems to lack in that department to begin with. Now... the Beats studio wireless headphones I have, they are great as well but if I want to hear my music I'll grab them for the gym but if I'm in the mood that I want to feel my music I'll grab the Sony's. The Beats have great bass but can't thump like these, they are more balanced on sound so you can hear the music. Many people say the Beats have too much bass but if you have them on a flat eq they sound amazing too. Pros: Headband is extremely comfortable and I can wear them for long perid's of time and they don't dig into my head. Ear cups are soft, supple and don't hurt my ears. Easy to use controls. Battery life seems great. I've had them a week before black Friday and to date charged them 2 times. Excellent bass and even more using bass boost, so much that some songs will make them thump on your ears. Highs are clear but aren't so high that they hurt. Bass boost is great for bringing out the lows in Pandora radio. Cons: Cannot use bass boost when using the auxiliary wire. Bass boost is only reserved for bluetooth functionality. The auxiliary cord feels cheap and thin. No carrying bag or case. I bought these for the $99 black Friday sale but if I had bought them for $200 I would have been irritated to not get a case. Some songs distort with the bass boost on... could be bad quality mp3's though so your experience might be different. No charging cable was included! I mean really... why sale rechargeable headphones without including a charging cable!!!! This was my biggest pet peeve with these. Beats studio wireless may be $300+ but at least with them you get a case and charger. Overall I still rate them 5 stars and you should definitely give them a try before you commit to a set of Beats.

These are great headphones but get the insurance. The ears cups turn which is great but that makes them a little weak and so they may crack there.

Purchased as a door prize for a work event. The winner is very happy with them so I say it's a good buy!

Love everything about the headphones. there is only one con for me as there is not enough padding for the top of my head and hurts after long wear.

I love this headphones, specially the battery charge time. I bought them during a Christmas sale and they were cheaper than the Bose or Beats.
