Its missing a mute option, also missing voice command option. I had another set from Philips with both these features, hence opted to return it back.

Worst headsets

She didn't know you have to charge them on an laptop or PC (or they won't work). These have great base in them I sample myself but after a few chargers on my laptop, my laptop had burn marks on the scene. It's still there. My daughter reached out to Greek Squard they told her she had to contact Sony regarding the issues. She did that they gave her the run arounds. Finally she sent them to Sony still no response. Please don't buy these headsets not worth the price or hassle. BestBuy was no help either and they selling this product.
