    good sound and range,hard to pair and connect

    I had high hopes for these headphones.The bass and range is very good.However,they are hard to pair and connect to my tablets.I have 3 tablets,2 Amazon Fires and 1 Samsung Galaxy Tab A.In order to pair and connect I have to do a factory reset every time.Also my ears hurt after wearing them for a little while.

    Made from cheap plastic, Sony does not support you

    I really like the sound of the headphones and the headphones fit well. The headphones are made out of cheap plastic and the part that holds the ear pieces onto the main frame (the customer service rep called it the "hanger") are hollow and thin. My company bought 4 pairs of these headphones to reward employees and 2 of them have the same problem. Sony will NOT fix this as they consider the problem to be customer usage. I will no longer be purchasing any Sony products and you should go physically try on the headphones to feel the lack of strength in the "hangers"

    POOR CONECTIVITY - THEY SOUND GREAT IN STORE :(

    FIRST SET I PURCHASED, THE LEFT SPEAKER WAS DEAD. RETURNED FOR A NEW PAIR - SAME ISSUE!! THE CONNECTION IS NO GOOD, EVEN WHEN I TRIED MY IPHONE, THE ZUNE, ANYTHING, THE SOUND WAS VERY WEAK. I WAS ANGRY, BECAUSE IN THE STORE, THEY SOUND LIKE A DREAM...WILL BE RETURNING THE SECOND PAIR!

    So I purchased these to watch movies at night so I wouldn't wake my neighbors. I guess I'm going to keep them because to watch movies through Bluetooth the bass is more cinematic though I don't use the "extra bass" because it's a little too much. But the reason I gave it one star is because when I listen to music it sounds awful... awful... I have a pair of senhieser HD 202 II that cost $24 and they sound better...The highs and mids get muddied out and vocals sound electronic ( that's the best way I can describe it). I bought these on Black Friday for $89 and that was too much money, do not buy these for $200.

    I spent $200 on this headset last night to use on a long road trip. I set them up, tried them, placed them in a felt sack from my old pair of Sony's, and put them in the pouch on the back of the seat in my truck. This morning I pull them out and the dang things are broken!! The right speaker has detached from the headset making them unusable!!! I am so angry!! I love the sound. It rivals Beats and Bose, but the contstruction is unreasonably flimsy. Gonna try and get my money back and get something else. Would not recommend.

    I bought these mainly because they were one sale but I wish I had did my research first. The sound quality is good but these are not as powerful as advertised.

    I purchased these without trying them in the store. Way too much bass overrides the mids and highs. They are really clunky and rub when I lean my head back against the sofa.

    I bought these headphones on 10/07/15, and as of 11/19/15, they have stopped working in the right ear completely. They are overpriced pieces of junk. I would not recommend these.

    A Black Friday Return

    I really wanted to love these headphones, I read a ton of reviews, but it looks like my research fell short. I'm not sure why these headphones are rated so high, the clarity is VERY muddy, the sound overall seems to be lacking. Cheaper brands like Skullcandy offer a better sound than this set. I will return them and probably buy a reliable set like Bose whose sound quality comes across a lot clearer and striking than this one.

    not compatible with iPhone 7

    i purchased this headphone from best buy. it worked on my LG phone just fine. But when I bought an iPhone 7, i had a hard time connecting it. I called Sony and told them what happened. They told me that the headphonewas not compatible with iPhone 7. I was disappointed, frustrated and angry.Went back to best buy but they couldn't help me either because i purchased the headphone over three months ago.

    Buyer beware

    Broken after less than two weeks. Purchased to "upgrade" from a pair of Bose I purchased over 3 years ago which still work and not damage. Was impressed at store with sales associate and Sony repression with testing out. I purchased 2 one for me and partner and had to return and exchange one due to it being broken in the unopened box. Today less than 2 weeks from purchase I dropped the set from bedheight and it cracked in same spot in the unopened set. Will never buy headphones from Sony again. Beware of the buisness practices that may entice buyers.

    Overrated

    Bought these today based on reviews and I was SOOOO excited. The highs are absent and the bass distorts the sound with the bass boost on. Maybe I was expecting too much. I have $30 LeMe headphones that blow these away. I'm returning them tomorrow.

    Poor quality

    We bought these headphones for our son over the Christmas holidays. The ear piece came loose on one side and it's hanging by a wire. So, they won't stay on his ears. Brought them back to the store and was told I would have to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me they're out of warrant. At a price point of $200 I would expect they would stand behind their product for more than 90 days. Very disappointing to have spent so much money and receive such poor quality and even worse customer service.

    i only had these 2 wks before the ear attachment on one side snapped , i brought them back to best buy and they were very unhelpful and told me Sony do not give in store exchanges even with a warranty !!!! So spent forever talking to Sony rep over phone they said i needed a receipt which best buy refused saying i had a email since i ordered online BUT picked up in store after days of dealing with it and even given a fake sony email and spent forever trying to find mass info i called my bank !
