Very minimal lights nothing crazy and fabric body. Not very heavy great battery life and have a clean look to it. But the price is a little high.

Great boombox but sounds like hollowed.

Its build quality is good and, you know, Sony is the one of the best speaker making company. However, I expected this item was a bit bigger and emitted more dense sound. I have three GTK-XB60 and enjoyed party change or stereo. This much newer version of portable speaker is less attractive to me regarding sounds and design. Backside of the item is made of silicone so that It collects your fingerprint easily (would be a good function if you are working at CIA or FBI). Its sound is loud and woofer is strong; but Its treble is somewhat week. Furthermore, regarding its price, there are way much options you can go with.

Other speakers will give you more High end / treble for the price, but I personally like bass heavy music. I also always EQ these speakers custom depending on how I want to listen to music. Used it to MC my wedding rehearsal dinner with the mic input

A great sounding beach friend.

Easy to connect to and easy to operate. I picked this one over the jbl boombox because of the dust resistance. The Sony has been rated as opposed to the jbl that has not been tested. That way on a beach you are good to go.
