We are sorry that you are having an issue with the volume of your Sony wireless speaker. Make sure to turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. When playing in AUDIO IN mode, please check and make sure the audio cable is firmly connected to the AUDIO IN jack. You can also pair the speaker and the Bluetooth device again or pair several different Bluetooth devices to further isolate the issue. Bring the Bluetooth device closer to the speaker. If there is any obstacle between the speaker and the Bluetooth device, move it out of the way.

By downloading the Sony Music Center app, you will find all sorts of tools to fine-tune the speaker using the built-in EQ and maximize the volume to ensure optimal listening experience. To get the most out of the volume, turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.
