I've had this phone for about 4 months now. About 2-3months after I purchased this phone, it started to restart itself, on its own, multiple times. Sometimes if I'm lucky enough, it'll restart itself 2 times in a row. I've contacted Sony support multiple times with little to no results. Now, I would just go and return the phone, but it's out of the return window, and I would have no phone. SO, heed my warning and do NOT buy this phone. It doesn't even deserve one star, that's being too generous.

The screen on this phone shuts off randomly. This has been happening more frequently recently. It's a nice phone with a nice camera, but unreliable if you want to use it for a serious purpose.

Junk phone. Junk customer service. Junk warranty. The processing is slow, worse after installing 3-4 apps (gmail, facebook, youtube, google drive). Phone burned out in 16 days so it was non-returnable and I submitted it in to sony's warranty which went locally to the Woodridge, IL (Chicago area) repair facility. They received it on the morning of Mar 31, I called once a week every week and got a different story of what was going on every time they also told me that they switched repair facilities from Texas to Illinois which is the reason for the delay (Today is April 21, so almost a month). Ended up talking to a supervisor who consistently would talk over me and then when I decided to finish a sentence she accused me of being aggressive. They have no plan as of yet and have not yet looked at my phone, nor do they offer any kind of a compensation not even a loaner phone. The supervisor just kept going on about how they have a 12 month extended warranty where they are allowed up to an additional 3 months (caution: their program so its their "rules") to make a decision as to what they think the problem is.

Phone is good at first. But now having issues. Will try to return it to the store.

I don't like the connection with my current Bluetooth

This cellphone is too slow and looks very cheap design.

This phone was everything I hoped for and some more.

Had my phone sense January . It has black out 6 times cant get picture or excess. Half to keep messing with it to get it to turn back on. Would not buy Sony no more.
