good big screen, good battery, but two complaints. its a heavy phone and soft back button is on wrong side of the screen. its on the left, who is left handed? should be on the right side.

I want to Best Buy and fell in love with this phone. It is a bit larger , it fits my hand well, has Android 8.0 and great graphics. I paired it with ATT prepaid and both of them together make a great package for me.

Handy, contemporary features one would expect. Fast, with good clarity on calls and very few dropped calls. 4.5 Stars. Price was reasonable when compared to 'flagship' phones and the performance is similar. Good value.

I had samsung s8+ and cracked the screen twice in a year. Switched to Sony about 2 years ago and I really liked that phone. This is a upgraded version. But not for people who need lots on phone storage for apps.

Right out of the box this phone had went I unfortunately found out was a common problem that the touchscreen had these phantom touches all over. Contacting support three times now they keep emailing me how to reset the phone which I’ve done twice. Best Buy won’t take it back after 15 days. So now I get to work with so many customer support again. This phone has been a complete nightmare I’ve had it for two months now and can’t use it hopefully I can send in to get it fixed and of course be up the phone not like it works anyway. Sony doesn’t seem to care and won’t make any effort to fix it I’m about to throw this thing away and get A Motorola.

I've been extremely happy with this phone, it's big but not heavy, super great camera and it's hot the gorilla screen so I don't worry about a case. Love it! I also get lots of compliments on it.

Bought this after returning a moto g6 because the screen on the g6 was to small and narrow. At first I thought this screen would be too large but after using it for a month it was the right choice. Take the plunge you won't regret it.

This phone is smooth like butter, Silky would be the right word. It has a great camera, with a Sony sensor. This phone is great because for a low price you get the same satisfaction that you would get from an expensive phone.

Love this phone... nice replacement for me. The reason that I didn't give it five stars was because it's difficult to hear a phone call. Something about the speaker, I don't know.

I am confident that ill use this phone till it either breaks or completely stops working. Best purchase ive made. Why spend 1000$ for something that this phone can do just as well?

Awesome phone with a great screen that has powerful colors and a beautiful display. Phone responds quickly and works wonderfully. I would totally recommend this phone to others.

This phone is huge and magnificent, much like myself. It's so easy to see everything on it, and the picture is crystal clear, if not clearer. This could easily replace my TV. Also, it's not bad for making phone calls.

I like the look of the phone. Its black, square, big and sleek looking. The functionality of it is great, even though ive dropped it a million times so now it freezes.

Very hard to maneuver due to it's heaviness. No HD calling /VOLTE despite Sony cust svc saying it is capable of it. They say it's Tracfone's fault which may be true but it's up to Sony to submit for provisioning. T-mobile via Tracfone no help. Tracfone cust service is hit or miss. Still haven't even gotten WiFi calling set up. Hard to find decent case my screen protector cracked first day due to lack of bumper. Only thing good is the camera at 23MP which you don't see in mid priced phones.

I would recommend Sony Xperia Ultra to anyone who is struggling with slow phones this phone is not too bad for you're being so nice not saying something is bad but you don't see a lot of Sony phones out there

So far no complaints, does every thing My kids iphone7 does and only cost 250 (bought on sale and unlocked). So if you are looking for a smartphone that does it all but wont break the bank here you go.

I've been using an iPhone for a while now but my last one finally gave up the ghost so I grabbed this guy until I can get another iPhone. This is a good phone.

The screen of this phone is simply amazing^ colors are vivid, and everything works very fast. Lots of RAM memory allows to install a bunch of needed apps. Fingerprint unlock is fast and convenient, too.

I bought this phone sony experia A2 ultra. It is good phone and cheap, dont pay too much money for other phone

I've had the phone for a week now. It's the best phone I've had. The only downside is the lack of cases for it.
