    I bought this camera brand new in store, the associate ordered it for me and shipped it to my house. After doing all trouble shooting, it still drained the battery and got hot within 15 minutes, 4 batteries later, I called Sony, and they said this product was already issued to someone and returned as DEFECTIVE. BEST BUY SOLD ME A USED DEFECTIVE CAMERA AS BRAND NEW! If I didnt have the "plus membership", I would have had only 14 days to return it, it took 3 people to talk to before they told me I suddenly had 60 days to return it... DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY! Absolute garbage.
