    I was a casual Soulcalibur fan and was quite excited to see a new title drop. While it still has a lot of the same features you come to expect from a SC game, it does feel like the pacing and speed of certain characters are a bit off. The most striking new mechanic added was the "reversal edge" which is parry & riposte. While in "reversal edge" you can counter by inputting the correct counter. Never the less, it's a great addition to the Soulcalibur line.
