Software app lets you choose what kind of sound you would like to hear. Kind of like an equalizer without using an equalizer.

When you use the soundcore equalizer the earbuds really shine. I have tried the Hear ID and it is ok. Great value especially when these are on sale.

I’ve used apple, Sony , Bose and jabra. These sounds just as good or even better than most of them. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable to wear they fit snug and tight. I’d recommend these all day long.

Initially good, but don't last

Now I would not recommend them to anyone. They do sound great, but after a few months the right ear bud would not charge fully and would constantly shut off way before the left one. No matter how I tried to recharge them they wouldn't work. I did contact customer service and they actually sent me a new pair. I received the new pair and right off the bat I have been unable to complete a firmware update. I have spoken to their customer service a few times and they don't seem to have an answer. I spend alot of money for these earbuds and you would think their customer service department would be able to help, but they don't seem to know how to fix problems. Sound is not everything. To buy a product that doesn't last more than a year and then get ones that don't work correctly tells me that their quality control is poor. I asked for a replacement with a better or different set of earbuds and was refused. Don't purchase these earbuds if you want ones that last a few years!!!!
