A: I can't answer all of these questions but they do support one ear operation. Phone call quality is questionable. Sometimes they are good and sometimes the person on the other end can barely hear me
Q: Can you control the volume with the button on the headphone?
A: Yes. Go into the Soundcore app, and under settings, set up your preferences for each button on the left and right earbuds to control volume. I set mine up as a long press on the right earbud as volume up and a long press on the left earbud as volume down. Works perfect.
Q: What an where do I get a charger unit for soundcore ear buds
A: The charging case comes in the box. And you can charge it in a fast charging pad.
Q: Is one if the headphones slave or can they each be used independently of one another?
A: They can both be used independently.
Q: Are these the updated version?
A: No. They are not. Buy the AirPro 2 version because if you remove the right ear bud the left one automatically turns off. Great quality just horrible response from the convience side as a listener.
Q: can you end a call or make call with ear bud
A: Yes, you can do both...
A: 87dB~93dB If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via [email protected] or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973.
Q: How come only my right earbud is working
A: You really should read the instruction booklet that came in the box. It clearly states: In the pairing process, some devices are incompatible with Qualcomm True Wireless Primary-Secondary dual pairing names, it may notice “connection unsuccessful” when you tap “Pair” or even no screen popped out. Don’t worry and it will not influence the using. • Once successfully paired, the primary earbud connects with your device and transfers signal to the secondary earbud, the latter one will not connect with your device. As a result, in the Bluetooth pairing list on your device, it may indicate that only one side is connected while the other side is not Hope this helps...
