Its not these, its ALL of them. As far as the quality, excellent as always. Anker really does great sound quality. I love everything they have from chargers to speakers. They are definitely an underdog brand.

Tried the great different assortment of bits and pieces and could NOT get them to seal in my ear. Pressing them in a little extra helped with the sound quality but that I couldn’t vouch for. Had to take em back.

Siri sucks

I actually sounds better And then my AirPod pro but when I use it on my iPhone 11 max when I send messages and have Siri do it for me my words that I say does not come out the same that’s the crappy part about it

I have no complaints about them except that they don't have a way to turn the volume off so that you can hear what is going on around you like others do. I don't really need that though, so it isn't a big deal for me.

Swapping devices and re-pairing is an absolute nightmare, and becomes a 30 minute chore of resetting, trying to pair, finding out only one bud pairs, resetting, getting caught in a loop, wanting to scream. I wish I could believe it was just a bad pair, but my last pair of Liberty 2 Airs did the same thing. I will never go with Anker again, despite the nice quality and battery life. It's not worth the frustration.

Ask for one in 6 months to a year when people actually have TIME to use things and see how they work and last... could be 5 stars then, or 1 at that point. Because I have no idea yet, I had to give 3 stars... should either be another option, no opinion currently, or other, or stop bothering someone before they can get an item out of the box and set up yet. Not everyone is in a rush to use something just so they can provide a review! I did purchase this based on reviews by others, so I'm in hopes it stands up to the good reviews. Based on those reviews and the slashed price I got this for, I would say I would recommend to a friend.

They are more similar to the Sony noise canceling earbuds than Jabras. Other headsets offer reasonable sound quality, smaller design, and better controls.
