I guess I have a slightly smaller left ear canal than what is required. Right ear fits great and I've tried all the wings and tips for my left but it still hurts.

They are great and very easy to use. Only downfall i find is that sometimes, they crackle and wont stay connected. But for more part works great!

Worked a few times....

I liked that the app does a hearing test and caters to what frequencies you don’t hear well. That said ive had them a week. The first day I had them I rode with them on inside my helmet and they worked. Next day I listened for half a day at work. Today was the 3rd day and they wouldn’t pair to my phone. I tried holding the rear button with the lid open to reset, forgetting the device on my phone and re-adding. The left one just stays on, no response from the button. The right one turns on and off but neither will pair.

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we would love to get you what you need! If possible, I understand you have tried some troubleshooting but failed, please also try the following steps one by one to see if the issue persists:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
-Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
-Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
--> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
