The problems is if you wanted to listen to a podcast or a youtube video or something that isn't constant loud audio. The hissing is very loud in those situations and if you were using these in bed for example with low audio, you hear the hissing more than you do the content you're watching. I really like the charging case and everything about them physically, but the only thing I can use them for is loud music. I connected my other cheap wireless earbuds and there is basically none at any volume level, they just dont sound as good.. its not like a noise cancelling white noise, its louder than that. I'll most likely be returning them even though they were on sale.

However, the wing tips would start to hurt my ears after a little while. The smaller wing tips did nothing to hold the earbuds in place, though they were more comfortable. When I did try wearing both buds at the same time - (whether listening to music or talking on the phone), if I tilted my head even the slightest bit to the right, the sound would cut out on the left bud and only come through on the right bud. If I tilted my head to the left, the sound would cut out on the right bud and could only be heard through the left bud. The sound only came through both earbuds if I didn't move or tilt my head. Also, I had several people I talked to, tell me I sounded like I was talking from inside a tin can. Very disappointed. I had hoped - for the price - they'd work perfectly. Returned them immediately.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
- Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right Soundcore earbud is the default primary (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.
- Reset the earbuds by the following steps to see if the problem still persists.
1)Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2)Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
- Try to use the default phone call to see how the call performs.
- Please also try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version on your Soundcore APP.
