Best sound quality hands down I was blown away. Aftet tons of research I finally pull the plug and I bought this from bestbuy as soon I bought I updated the software. Used it for the whole day the next day I noticed whenever I opened any music app or YouTube I can hear hissing noise in the background it will fades away in the background if u increase the volume. Slowly it started bothering me. Contacted soundcore through chat she told me to reset the device. I did but I still get that hissing noise. May be I got one of those defected one. Unlucky me. She told me if it's still not fixed and it's only one day old I can return it. But I really want to keep it for it's sound quality. I will use it for couple more days if it doesn't go I will return it.

I received a pair of these Liberty 2 Pro buds to review for Amazon. On the one hand, their sound quality is fantastic -- perhaps as good as I've heard from any truly wireless buds. However -- as I write this, the buds suffer from a glitch that makes them unusable. Every thirty seconds to one minute, there is a "hiccup" in the music, and the left/right phasing goes out of whack. The problem resolves itself in a second, but this keeps happening, again and again and again. I've tried all the tricks suggested, like resetting and re-pairing, but I can't get the glitches to stop. I'm hoping Soundcore will put out a firmware fix that will resolve this issue, but for the moment, I would advise buyers to choose a different pair of wireless buds, like the noise-cancelling Sony's. Other Liberty 2 Pro buyers have encountered a problem with background hiss, which SC has acknowledged on their website and claims they are working on. I haven't experienced the hiss problem myself -- just the phasing issue. Otherwise, removing and inserting the buds in the case is unnecessarily clumsy, and the lack of a volume control is unacceptable. Very disappointing...
