I love them because the sound clarity and quality is superior. I’m very picky about sound quality & these deliver so my music sounds great, plus you can change the equalizer to suit your own preference. Calls are clear and callers can hear me fine. I use them also for videoconferencing without issue. Lastly I got these because their design fits my ears much better then AirPods plus they’re half the price. Get these. You will not be disappointed.

The sound quality was just okay and the volume level never really got that high. They wouldn’t stay in my ear no matter what size tips I used. Each bud is supposed to work independently or together but I had a difficult time getting both to sync at the same time. Too much effort for too little quality. I ended up returning them and spending extra for a good set of Bose.

For the volume, please try to adjust the volume after setting the volume control via the Soundcore App (Click Controller to enter the Custom Command page). To get a better fit, please try to turn and lock after inserting the earbuds in your ears. Normally when you take both earbuds out, they connect together automatically, but if not, you can try to reset the earbuds by the following ways. When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.

Not sure how to tell which version you are buying. "The 4.30 and 1.60 are the latest firmware versions already. The 4.30 firmware version with the white pair is the previous version, which has the auto-pause feature and you can turn the earbuds off manually on this version. While the 1.60 firmware version with the black pair is our newer version, which does not have the auto-pause feature and you also cannot turn the earbuds off manually on this version. Except for these differences, all the other functions and features are the same."

They have always been high quality while remaining affordable and these earbuds are no different. Their battery power is very good, I don't have an exact amount of time it took to fully discharge the buds' batteries while listening to music, but I know it was at least an hour and a half. The touch controls are good but limited in how many controls you can have programmed at one time.

1) Firstly try to forget the pairing record on your device
2) Reset the earbuds per the steps below, and then try to pair them again to test.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
3) Try other presets EQs on Soundcore APP.
