They work a lot better than the original pair I had. I just exchanged them because the original one had flaws that caused the right ear to stop charging. I was informed that there was a recall on that specific model a while ago but we were not notified. They work perfectly for the work-from-home calls and the music I love listening to! The sound is crystal clear and the microphones are awesome!

They have always been high quality while remaining affordable and these earbuds are no different. Their battery power is very good, I don't have an exact amount of time it took to fully discharge the buds' batteries while listening to music, but I know it was at least an hour and a half. The touch controls are good but limited in how many controls you can have programmed at one time.

Posted .Thank you so much for writing. We are sorry to know the performance of these earbuds does not meet your expectation. Please try the steps below to see if they help improve the experience:
1) Firstly try to forget the pairing record on your device
2) Reset the earbuds per the steps below, and then try to pair them again to test.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
3) Try other presets EQs on Soundcore APP.

Not sure how to tell which version you are buying. "The 4.30 and 1.60 are the latest firmware versions already. The 4.30 firmware version with the white pair is the previous version, which has the auto-pause feature and you can turn the earbuds off manually on this version. While the 1.60 firmware version with the black pair is our newer version, which does not have the auto-pause feature and you also cannot turn the earbuds off manually on this version. Except for these differences, all the other functions and features are the same."
