She said the headset worked well, but the case lid would not close properly. I took them back to the store where I purchased them and the store clerk that helped me said he also had the same set. He took the time to examine the case and found that a piece of plastic had lodged in the hole where the end of the earpiece plugged in. He took the case to the back room and fished out the plastic piece. The case lid now closed properly. I took the original headset back home and gave them to my daughter. She is happy. Thanks to the store clerk who took the time to check out the problem.

They were extremely comfortable, I could hear everyone perfectly…however, no one could hear me. Anytime anyone would call me, they said it sounded as if I was in a wind tunnel (I mean, I do work outside, and my work vehicle is super loud) but it was so bad that my husband ended up having to buy me some AirPod pros.

Great headphones for Android and Iphone

Bluetooth connected to both an iPhone and an Android phone. The Soundcore App has different settings to adjust the sound quality to your liking. Product comes with 3 different size caps to properly fit to your ear. Once properly fit to your ear, they stay snug and don't fall out. I tried by shaking my head quickly, no movement. Can use either side at a time which is a plus. Use 1 while the other charges.
