Bluetooth connected to both an iPhone and an Android phone. The Soundcore App has different settings to adjust the sound quality to your liking. Product comes with 3 different size caps to properly fit to your ear. Once properly fit to your ear, they stay snug and don't fall out. I tried by shaking my head quickly, no movement. Can use either side at a time which is a plus. Use 1 while the other charges.

They were extremely comfortable, I could hear everyone perfectly…however, no one could hear me. Anytime anyone would call me, they said it sounded as if I was in a wind tunnel (I mean, I do work outside, and my work vehicle is super loud) but it was so bad that my husband ended up having to buy me some AirPod pros.

Great audio, fitment to be desired

I've had a few other pairs of Anker/Zolo/Soundcore headphones and was a big fan, so buying these seemed like a no brainer. The sound quality for music is really good The case fits easily in a pocket I can hear callers clearly It's one of the few pairs of earbuds that can use the right and left ear independently (that I've found anyway), which is my favorite feature! Can automatically pause music when pulled out of your ear The HearID (EQ adjuster) isn't completely gimmicky, I felt the audio did sound better after it made adjustments I wish it had ambient noise passthrough, like the Zolo/Anker Liberty+ earbuds, but on paper these are otherwise feature complete. Unfortunately, despite all this, they're unusuable OR I need to keep a second BT headset for calls. The microphones seemingly enhance background noise, which based on reviews seems to be a common issue. At one point I used a lint roller on my carpet to grab something. My mom thought I was crinkling a potato chip bag next to the phone. I could barely hear the lint roller, and I was the one using it. She said it was causing her actual pain (I'm not exaggerating her words) I'm keeping it at 2 stars because if you just want to use these at the gym or for music, they're great! But useless for calls, until they fix the mic issue. And again, with the next version I'd love to see Ambient passthrough! :-)

Posted .Thanks for your sharing, I am glad to hear the sound quality, case, single use design, automatically pasue and HearID are meeting your needs. Regarding the mic issue, please note due to the long distance from the mouth, call quality of Total Wireless Earphone is usually not good. By using the mic noise reduction, Liberty Air 2 could provide much better call quality than most of the TWS on the market. But if the noise is too loud or too close to the user, the noise will still influence the call quality. So we deeply appreciate your detailed answers to discover the root cause of the problem:
- What is the model and OS of the device you are connecting the headphone with?
- Are you having this issue with regular phone calls or with an App you use for calls (e.g. Skype, Whatsapp etc.)?
- Where are you usually when the problem happens? Indoors? On a busy street?
- Please also let us know the firmware version of your Soundcore APP. Is it up to date?
- Does this issue happen when you use both sides together? Or only use one side?
