I want to like these headphones so badly, because there are so many great features about them. I've had a few other pairs of Anker/Zolo/Soundcore headphones and was a big fan, so buying these seemed like a no brainer. The sound quality for music is really good The case fits easily in a pocket I can hear callers clearly It's one of the few pairs of earbuds that can use the right and left ear independently (that I've found anyway), which is my favorite feature! Can automatically pause music when pulled out of your ear The HearID (EQ adjuster) isn't completely gimmicky, I felt the audio did sound better after it made adjustments I wish it had ambient noise passthrough, like the Zolo/Anker Liberty+ earbuds, but on paper these are otherwise feature complete. Unfortunately, despite all this, they're unusuable OR I need to keep a second BT headset for calls. The microphones seemingly enhance background noise, which based on reviews seems to be a common issue. At one point I used a lint roller on my carpet to grab something. My mom thought I was crinkling a potato chip bag next to the phone. I could barely hear the lint roller, and I was the one using it. She said it was causing her actual pain (I'm not exaggerating her words) I'm keeping it at 2 stars because if you just want to use these at the gym or for music, they're great! But useless for calls, until they fix the mic issue. And again, with the next version I'd love to see Ambient passthrough! :-)

They fit nicely and have adjustable removable rubber covers. However, they were quite hard to set up with my phone. I watched a few videos and had to call tech support. To their credit, Anker's tech support answered the phone quickly each time. I wanted to make my left ear the primary and be able to use it without the right. I'm still not sure it works correctly every time and still seems to require me to connect each time.

this was a surprise gift for my 18 year old son he love this product he loved that they come in a black color he said the quality the sound of it is even better than the regular earbuds that are nearly twice the price we love it my wife loves it they look good they sound good the service was great the knowledge of the product was great he adores them he treats them like they're his New found Love thanks Best buy

Fits nicely in the ears , good sound and good battery and cheap . What else you need .

The sound quality is excellent and phone calls are crisp and clear. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the tapping feature to answer a call does not always work.

Good sound and battery is durable. Loudness is good. Sync is easy.

Works well with my phone, but I’m having trouble getting it to synchronize with my iPad. Glad to have paid less than Apple air pods and these are comfortable.

A ton of bass. More than Airpod Pro’s. But the sound quality isn’t as good if you’re comparing the two. These are very bulky and hurt my ears. I have pretty average shaped ears. No odd shape or anything. These hurt after about 20-30 mins of use. I like how you have an app to change the EQ profile no matter what you are listening to. The app you use to do it is a little slow to connect to them earbuds but overall they’re decent.

If phone call quality is the priority, don't over think it and get these. That bass, that EQ, the app is a game changer on these for both iOS and Android. These are a better flex than a very well-known brand, and for half the price? Sign me up ! The only negative I could find is the lack of Active noise cancelling or ambient sound, but the acoustic isolation is good enough that makes them a winner.

I love these headphones! They have a great sound quality and are very comfortable to wear.

Good sound but falls out of case and, more importantly, out of your ear if youre not careful. I would recommend if it came with active earbuds - does not.

Only negative is they don’t always connect when pulling them out of the case with my iPhone. Sometimes I have to put them back in and take them out again to pair.

Long lasting battery! Great sound and the box stays charged for a long period of time!

These fit, are less expensive and do everything I need. We ended up buying a second pair.
