She has the galaxy buds and loves them except she can only wear for about 45 minutes. We decided to give these a chance based a few recommendations from friends. They do fit her ears without pain for extended periods of time. However, the Galaxy buds have far superior sound. She uses both depending on what she needs them for and for how long.

Unfortunately the right earbud is only playing sound intermittently even though the touch functions still work. I'm disappointed to be having this problem so quickly (2 months), but I'd really like to get these working again. We've started the warranty process so fingers crossed.

Please try to reset the headphones and try them again.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.

Amazing sound quality - doesn't stay in my ears

Most earbuds correct this by having a small extrusion on the back that king of cups it in your ear, but these do not have that. It is a shame because these actually sound really good, they just won't stay in!

Works great, no complaints, Much cheaper than equivalent from Apple, perform great for calls and music/tv alike. Single button on side of earbud could be designed better, we dislike pushing it, but not a deal breaker for price point. Thanks.

Anker has a large variety in interchangeable eartips which allows me to find my best fit, which makes my earbud experience so much more enjoyable. This is my second set of Anker headphones that I have enjoyed so far, and I will probably look to them when I need a new set in the future, unless I move towards bone conduction headsets down the road.
