I am not an fan of paying more for things that say Apple. These earpods have a great sound for all types of music. The in-app equalizer adds great support. These 2nd generation have nice upgrades like wireless charging and USB-c. Highly Recommend.

Easy pairing and sound is great. I can walk away from the source and not loose the connection for at least 30 feet. You can use only one of the buds is you want to be able to hear what is going on around you as well. Sometimes a bit confusing to set up the connection to both buds, but doesn't take too long.

I needed some wireless earbuds and decided to pick these ones up because the reviews were good on it. I really like the sound quality and the facts that they have different sizes of earpieces since I have really small ear canals.

Had to Replace 2X in less than a Year

this rating has nothing to do with the sound quality, which i know is odd, and I really enjoy the sound quality and the ease of these headphones. However, in March the left earbuds stopped charging. It was 3 months since I purchased, they replaced them and that was great, quick, and I was happy then. Yesterday the right earbud stopped charging. I've had these for less than a year and will have to have had them replaced twice. That is just unacceptable , even for mid-price earbuds, that's just shoddy engineering quality and I do not recommend you buy these or any of their products, unless it is just the Liberty 2, but that in itself doesn't speak well to their overall quality control of products. I still use Anker cables/chords but never headphones again.

These are the best in-ear product i have tried, including those products from Apple. I still have an issue with the buds remaining in place while excercising, but not to the same extent as the Apple product which is 3 times the price.

When these work they sound great. Have to re pair them almost daily and sometimes can only get one or the other to do so. Not sure if it’s an Apple thing or on their end but certainly an issue that needs to be addressed. MY work fine for Android but would not recommend for Apple.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
      1) Firstly try to forget the pairing records(both Liberty Air 2 and Liberty Air 2 L) on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      2) Reset the earbuds per the steps below. After the reset, you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      3) Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Liberty Air 2 and pair.

When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.

We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you! roav

The sound quality was good but it did not block enough outside noise. The deal breaker was the horrible microphones. It would pick up so much harsh background noise, that my wife hated to talk to me when I was using this. I loved build quality. I hated returning these but I found better alternatives at cheaper price.

I was very hyped with this after reading the reviews. But was very let down. The sound quality is decent at best. They randomly disconnect mid listening. The right ear keeps cutting in and out with static. The fit for them is nice when working out they don’t slip out.

I’m a believer that just because an item is expensive, that doesn’t make said item premium. These Anker earbuds are one of the best earbuds I’ve tried and cost half as much as the more popular brands. The sound is quality and the wireless charging is a premium feature for the price.
