I haven't found that magical spot ..lol. I have had issue connecting to my pixel a few times. Otherwise great.

It doesn’t connect every time when I place the ear buds in my ear. So I would have to go to my Bluetooth settings and manually turn it on.

I loved the matte black look and case...it seemed very well made. My right ear bud stopped receiving a charge and at least for me these did not fit my ears well at all. I felt like I had to push them too far in to stay in and then it sounded like I was underwater for any external noises. Ended up returning these and got the BOSE soundsport free wireless headphones instead...and am so glad I did.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
1. Make sure the charging case has enough power (at least two white indicators on the case). Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
2. Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
3. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.

Poor Quality for the Price You Pay
