Great sound, Wouldn’t stay in my ears

I needed a set of earbuds where either earbud could be primary due to hearing loss in my right ear and these have that option. They did sound really good and almost completely noise cancelling. However, even with the biggest size of earbuds and drying out my ears as much as possible they still slid out with minimal manipulation. I had to return.

Posted .Regarding the fit issue, although we prepared different sizes of eartips still it cannot fit 100% for some customers. I will forward your valuable feedback to our product team to improve this acpect in the future version. Here are some instructions for you:
1. Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears the best.
2. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
3. Turn and find the most comfortable position.

Cheaper Than AirPod Pros

These looked to fit the bill, but I cannot get the left one to stay in my ear for anything, no matter which size insert I use. Oh well. They do sound great, but the microphone will drop connection with my phone from time to time. Next time I'll splurge on the Apples. I will not buy an Anker product in the future.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not: 1. Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, and then tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. 2.Use the default phone call to see if any difference. 3. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
