Have several banks, chargers, and cables. No issues with them. I had to return it in few days of use. Every few times when i put the buds back in the case the buds keep still playing. You can hear sound coming out of them in the case. Reset it and still same issue. Had to return it and go back to samsung bud+

Got one set to fit but just wasn't comfortable for my ears. I ended up returning them because they bothered my inner ear with the fit. They never did sound dampen like my son's Air Pods Pro did. Might be ok for others, but I had tried my son's Air Pods Pro first and they just didn't measure up. Connection was good and steady.

A wireless charging case at this price point is impressive. However the buds were not comfortable and the touch gestures were hit and miss, mostly miss. If you're on a budget it's good for these compromises, but I did end up returning these and spent the extra $70 on the Galaxy Buds Live. Depends on what you need and are looking to pay.
