Terribly made case.

I put them in the case and put the case in my mini-pocket, and when I went to take them out of that pocket, it felt like I would snap the flip cover clean off in no time at all. I'm sure they sound nice, but the flimsy battery case is a deal breaker for me when I'm looking for daily use headphones.

Good not great - setup confusing

I work in IT and still had to go to youtube to get these to work. It was not isolated to this pair of headphones either as many users have had the same issue. Not worth what I paid for them - did not return because they were a gift. Not even close to airpods or airpods pro in terms of quality and ease of use.

Decent for the first day

After emailing the manufacturer I was I instructed to perform a variety of steps, to no avail. now I am trying to get a replacement set and am having a lot difficulty getting through with the process

Also if you are listening to music via your mobile phone, when a call comes in it blasts your ear off. There is no option of setting the volume of the phone ring to be the same as your music volume.

My only issue is that I need to find a sweet spot by rotating the right earbud for it to work. This could just be me being dumb and not switching the ear piece with the multiple ones provided in the case.
