Failing To Charge After 4 Months
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these. Anker, in general, makes great products and I am a huge fan of theirs. Unfortunately, after about 1 month of no use and picking them up this weekend, the right headphone is no longer taking a charge in the case.

Didn't think I would like them, but....
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never heard of this company, but decided to give them a chance. I like how the company actually does a sound test to ensure that you can hear better with each ear bud. Pairing is easy. You can use one or both at anytime. Nice case for storage.

Perfect gift for a teenager!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was bought as a gift for a teenager. So far he LOVES it! His big complaint about his previous earbuds was the wires getting caught in his hands when moving. This product solved his issue and made him a happy young man. Definitely a nice item for music lovers.

Average
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had big hopes for this but a lil disappointed. It could also be that my phone is a Galaxy 8. It looses connection every now and then and I have to disconnect and re-connect the bluetooth. When on a call the other end normally ask " why do I sound like that" I will upgrade my phone and see it if differs.

Does not fit well; Bluetooth has issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ear buds do not fit well--they are bit big and easily fell out. In addition, the bluetooth connection does not work that well. Sometimes it won't connect; other times it won't disconnect. After trying out my wife's Air Pod, I will say that pay a bit more and get Air Pod instead.

Pairing sucks
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Trying to pair these is a pain. The right pairs with bluetooth, the left pairs with bluetooth...then getting them both to work together is next to impossible (you know to listen to stereo music). You need to constantly go into media on bluetooth device to get both to turn on, each time you connect to that device. The volume on each is independant, so if R is up loud and you decide to put in L and it was last used on low, you will have to again go in to media and reset them to the same sound level. These ear buds look nice, but are so unpractical its laughable. They try to do too many things....hey just try to do one thing right without going thru hoops each time. Embarassingly crap.

Please try to forget both sides pairing record on your device and put them back into the charging case, close the charging case and then take them out to try them again. Normally you can swtich the mono and stereo mode by the following ways:
Stereo Mode: Take both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter into stereo mode.
Mono mode: Put 1 earbud into the charging case and close the case cover then use the other one. If that one doesn't work, please confirm step 1 has been completed successfully.
If you paired the earbuds with several devices before, connect the earbuds to the device you want to use. If the earbuds do not connect with the device automatically, you can manually select the earbuds in the device's Bluetooth menu.
If those steps don't help, please reach out to us via [email protected] for further assistance.

Great Buds!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love them! Very compact and easy to store when not using. I especially like how the case fits in my pocket so I don't have to worry about them throughout the day. Also, you can use one bud at a time without any issues.

Allright
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a tough time getting them paired together and both working. Had to look at numerous YouTube videos. It may be my personal comfort/preference but these create a lot of pressure in the ear (due to the rubbery earbud?)- uncomfortable. I will return them and stick with over the ear headphones.

Fair product for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite watching videos/suggestions online of those struggling with the same issue, one ear often will go out or cut in and out. Our next step is to contact the company for a suggestion.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
1. Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right Soundcore Liberty earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.
2. Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, and then tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
3. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
If those steps don't help, please reach out to us via [email protected] for further assistance.
