The right one always was on. He tried synching two more times and then worked. The next day his left bud kept going in and out. Going to return for a different brand.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
1) Firstly try to forget the pairing records(both Liberty Air 2 and Liberty Air 2 L) on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
2) Reset the earbuds per the steps below. After the reset, you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
--Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
--Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
3) Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Liberty Air 2(not Liberty Air 2 L) and pair.
When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

I took them back suggested by the manufacturer. Best Buy has been nothing but the best, exchanged them curbside customer service in Killeen was better than curbside customer service in Georgetown.

It is incredibly annoying having to shove them back in every 30 minutes or so...

Sound was tinny, Bluetooth was fair to poor, everyone I talked to while using them said I sounded far away or like in a barrel. That being said, for the price, they aren’t too bad. Would use them as a backup.

I recommend just going with the Samsung Galaxy buds or Earpods

- Make sure the charging case has power, and clean the contact pins on both the earbuds and charging case and then fully charge the headphones.
-Take the earbuds out from the charging case to see if both earbuds turn on with a flashing light.

Each ear bud has its own microphone. Also the wireless charging case is also a plus if you do not want to plug it via cord. What is definitely a big help is the app!!!

The problem comes from the weight of the item. They are heavy in the ear and stick out a lot in the ears. I have them to someone as a present and they love them. Just not for me.
