Don't reset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headphones in till you reset them by holding the button too long and then one year phone will be much louder than the other I've heard other people say this to

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!
Normally to reset the headphones, it needed to hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the light on both earbuds flashes 3 times, but this does not affect the volume of the earbuds. Please try to use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Comfortable
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are comfortable but sounds is not as great as portrayed. Even with the eq and custom app the sound is not even close to my Jaybird run’s (great sound great bass and customizable as well)

Great sound, definitely the best value right now.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these earbuds due to all the good reviews and very impress so far. Pros: 1. The charging case, USB-c with wireless charging, very small and compact, provide 28 hours more to the buds. Are you kidding? These are spec for those cost $200 or more. My Sony WF-1000XM3 which is $230 couldn't even do all that. The XM3 are what the reviewers refer to as the best but it's case doesn't even have wireless charge capability and about 3 times bigger so it's not practical to put in my pocket. Now, some body might ask what's the big deal with wireless charge. Well, I've never thought too much about it until recently when I can charge my phone and flip the phone down, put the Liberty Air 2's case on the back of my phone and charge it at the same time. Really cool feature. 2. Independent use, I used only one side of earbuds most of the time due to the fact that someone always wants to talk to me. Unfortunately, most of the earbuds I have can only be independent with just the right earbud. The exceptions are my Jaybird Vista, Sony WF-1000XM3 and this Liberty Air 2 which can be used either left or right independently. But as you can see, the Liberty Air 2 costs only half of the other two. 3. Sound isolation, it's very hard for me to admit that the Liberty Air 2 can block out surrounding noise more than active noise-canceling on my Sony XM3 that costs $230 and that was just with the provided tips. I changed the tip to use one of my comply foams and now it's totally quiet no matter where I use them which is not the case with the XM3 with its memory foams. Unbelievable!! 4. Sound quality, another super hard thing to admit that these $100 buds can be compared to my Bose Sound Sport Free which is my go to earbuds for music listening. The Bose SSF has such a nice sound profile that even the XM3 is having a hard time to compete against unless I adjust the EQ on the Sony headphone app. What surprised me was that the Liberty Air 2 sound very similar to the Bose and can sound even better sometime because of its better seal while the Bose has semi open design to let the surrounding sound comes through. Now, I use either the Bose or the Air 2 depends on weather or not I want to hear the surrounding. Believe it or not, my 2 months old XM3 actually stay home more!! 5. Comfort, these buds are so light compare to my Bose, Sony, Jabra, etc. The only one that come close to for weight is my B&O E8 2.0 which was my go to buds for working around the house due to the fact that it was low profile and not sticking out of my ears. The Air 2 can stay on my ear all day without giving me fatigue like the Sony. Cons: 1. The app, lack of customizable EQ, can't adjust anything in mono (have to put both earbuds in my ears first before I can change the setting). The sound profiles on the app doesn't do much so I kept it at Soundcore Signature. Frankly, the app needs some work. 2. Limit functions with touch sensitive. The buds can only recognize 2 gestures which are double taps or hold 2 seconds. So it couldn't do too many things at once. For example, if I assigned the buds to control volume, play/pause and voice assistant then I don't have anything left to select tracks or if I assigned the gesture for track selections then I wouldn't have anything left for volume control. They need to add more gesture like 3 taps of something. However, I can't complain much since the much more expensive Sony doesn't even have volume control at all and noise-canceling/ambient sound control is hit or miss 90% of a time. 3. Ear tips, it's very nice of them to include so many different sizes tips. Unfortunately, there's no memory foam. Okay, I shouldn't complain since it's a $100 earbuds and I have so many comply foam lay around anyway. But the fact that I can't even put the buds with Comply foam into the case because it's too small is very annoying. Sony won in that department because the case has extra room. I ended up have to take off the Comply foam before putting the buds in the case or sometime don't use the case at all and pray that I don't lose anything. Too bad I can't live without Comply foam, the different between the foam and the rubber tip is still like night and day to me. 4. Sensitivity of the touch, I heard somebody complained about the buds are not very responsive. Quite interesting because mine is overly responsive sometimes. Plus, the buds paused everetime I pulled one out of my ear, why is that? No other buds will pause like that unless you pull the master out. If you pull the slave out, master continue to play just fine. 5. No transparency mode. OK, I understand it's suppose to be cheap earbuds so I can't really ask for more. However, all other earbuds has transparency mode these days and giving the fact that the Air 2 can isolate sound like no other could, wouldn't it be nice to have transparency mode instead of having to pull out the buds everetime someone want to talk to you? In the end, I like the sound quality of the Air 2 enough to outweigh all the cons. If sound is important to you then please consider it.

Weak Microphone
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Basic earbuds. Fair price but sound needs improvement. Needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't usually write reviews but this headphones needs a feedback. I bought this headphones and before I did, I look at the reviews on BestBuy site and the rating was good. I pay $99 for it and I believe it worth less than $50. The headphones don't stay in my ears at all. I try different sizing and it was the same result. Every 10-15 second I had to reposition it. The sounds is good but the rest of it, I will not recommend. Trust me, I have try varies bluetooth and this one is bad. I just purchase the wireless Beats headphones 2 days ago and will leave a feedback.
