Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
-After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

Good but strangely I liked the previous generation
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Previous generation had a better seal. Literally couldn't hear anything with them in. I liked that. These were nice, though. But I was definitely more "wowed" with the last ones and even considered downgrading back to the old ones.

they're okay earbuds.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They're okay headphones, I use them with an old cellphone that has the roku app for quiet listening at night. Wish the battery life was better.

Better than expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They were better than I expected. Can’t tell you’re on Bluetooth. They don’t tell you who’s calling like some other brands, and they are super easy to hang up on someone by mistake.

Best True Wireless For The Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own over 7 pairs of true wireless headphones including 1st Gen Airpods, Sennheiser Momentum, Skull Candy, Mobvoi, RHA, and 1st Gen Liberty Airs. I'm always looking for the perfect sound, battery life, and comfort. The Air 2's are the closet I've come to nailing all three. They are a big upgrade from the first generation. Pro's: - Awesome call quality. Finally a pair of TWS that match my Airpods for call clarity on both ends. People I've called say I sound great and there isn't a bunch of background noise. - Great sound stage and max volume. - New app controlled EQ and personalization option based on your unique ears. - Touch controls can be customized in the app. - Long battery life. - Wireless charging and USB-C connection - Removing either bud pauses your music. Placing it back in your ear restarts music. Con's: - No comply style foam tips included. They are all silicone style. - When I place them back in the charger they continue to play music for 5 to 10 seconds before shutting down. I think these sound as good as my $300 Sennheiser Momentums and are way more comfortable. Everyone's ears are shaped different and what sounds good to me might not be the same for you. With that said the bass is just right, sound isn't muddy, no distortion, and max volume is good. For the money I think these are the best ones I own. The 4 mics for phone calls are a huge upgrade from the first gen Liberty Air.

Decent while they lasted
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds sounded ok. They did have some rough connectivity issues, but once that was solved everything was smooth sailing. The one thing that kept bugging me was every time I would them at least once one or both buds would fall out. So I stopped using them for about a year. Till yesterday and somehow broke. They won't disconnect, charge or anything and with no way to repair or replace because I'm out of the warranty period.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated). If the case LED does not light up, please charge the case first. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source to charge it for 2 hours.
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterwards before using.
3. Please place the earbuds correctly into the charging case. When you put the earbuds back into the case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally. Charge the headphones for 1.5 hours until they are fully charged. While charging the LED on the earbuds is breathing. When the devices are full, the LEDs will turn off.
Hint: Searching the following keyword on a search engine will bring you to a short video showing how to clean our earbud contacts on an older model for reference: MkbTerepwUk.
Please also reset the earbuds as the following steps to see if it is helpful:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:

Great for the price!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My daughter wanted wired Beats ones for Christmas. Spent a little bit more and surprised her with these Bluetooth ones. They work better than my AirPods and were 1/3 of the price!

Perfect for someone laid back
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these for my son. They're not the cheapest out there but also not expensive. He's not an Apple kid so doesn't care about the brand. For the price it's packed with features.

Ok, but loses connection often
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a good solution to wireless buds, but they lose connection often. Even though they're fully charged, they still go in and out too much. It's very annoying.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. They shouldn't be losing connection constantly like this. Try 'Forget device' in your bluetooth settings and re-pair like new. If this doesn't work, give us a call so we can look further into this with you: 800-988-7973
