    The left side had issues with connectivity, as soon as I tried them found out that was not gonna work, I returned them immediately.

    I have a few pair of Anker headphones and they always seem to be great for the price. Best value headphone I have ever purchased.

    Kept looking for buds that didn't require both to be in my ears in order to work. I only wear one at a time so I can hear what's going on around me.

    Love the fact that anker fixed the master/ slave relationship between the two headphones. You can use one and if it dies just pop the next one in.

    Could never get more than one earbud to work at a time and the directions were just pictures. Seriously spent about five hours trying and I wanted them to work but couldn’t get there. Returning them and spending the extra money for another brand because my time is more important to me than the extra cash that I’m going to spend. Design, weight and everything else was great. However didn’t get to experience the full capabilities of the audio.

      Regarding your issue, the most important step is to click "pair" when a screen with "Bluetooth Pairing Request" is popping out.

      So in order to solve your problem, please help us do the following troubleshooting steps:
      1. Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off your device's Bluetooth.
      2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. When you put the left earbuds into the charging case, the left LED light on charging case will flash 2 times which means the earbuds is charging, please also note the right side will also do the same time, when you put it into charging case, the right LED light on charging case will also flash.
      3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash red 3 times. All the memory data will be cleared, then close the charging case.
      4. Re-open the charging case or take both sides out of the charging case, the white light on one side will flash quickly, which means it enters pairing mode
      5. Enable the Bluetooth on your bluetooth devices. You can find the device name "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" on the Bluetooth list.
      6. Please click "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" for pairing, the white light will flash slowly, which means it paired successfully.
      7. Then there will pop out a screen with "Bluetooth Pairing Request", just click "Pair" (This step is very important).

    I have had a lot of luck with Anker/Soundcore products in the past but have hardly ever ended up using these because of the constant background hissing sound that seems to be unavoidable with any change in setting or EQ levels. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with this set in particular or if it’s typical of wireless earbuds; these are the only ones I’ve tried

    i dont like it. i have tried to get both buds to pair with no success. diappointed with this product.

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      -Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
      2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      -After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
      -Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
      -Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

      Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

    Good mic and sound, kept falling out of ear

    I picked these up based on a review from Soundguys and that BB had them $20 off. The microphone and sound quality are great and there is no noticeable lag with videos. My problem, the left earbud kept falling out of my ear while walking no matter what size ear tips I used. I think if they had wings on the ear tips like my Anker SoundBuds Slim Wireless Headphones do it would solve the falling out issue. Unfortunately this means these are going back to Best Buy for a refund.

    I bought these as Xmas present for wife and daughter. They lived them so I tried them out and wound up buying myself a pair.
