My first true wireless earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing really blow me away! I went from using over ear headphones to true wireless earbuds. It’s lightweight, last quite a while off the charger and case charger, comfortable, bass is good, and stylish. It was a bit tricky to get it secure in my ear at first. Once I find the perfect earbuds, it stays in my ear. It’s so good that I bought my sister one as a gift too. So worth!

my backup/gym buds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These for the money are a great deal/value. I use these mostly for the gym, but also around the house. They sound great, connect easily and the battery last a long time. They don't have as many features in the app as other soundcore buds but they are fantastic, fit well, and stay in my ears. Connectivity is great, never had a problem.

Best In-Eat Headset I have found
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really love this SoundCore Liberty Air 2 True Wireless In-Ear Headset! They are my first truly wireless earbuds and it looks like I will be using them for a long time or until version 3 comes out and I pass these down to my one of my children. I have compared several models on the market including AirPods and I keep coming back to the SoundCore Liberty Air 2 as the winner. I eat, drink, and sleep Apple devices but I cannot justify the cost of AirPods that are disposable when the battery need replacing. I have tried friend’s “other” brands of earbuds and the SoundCore Liberty Air 2 sound better to me. I listen to a lot of EDM type music and I respect the amount of bass that these have. They paired easily to my iPhone XR and I have used them as a stereo pair for music or mono with phone calls on either ear. I highly recommend downloading the SoundCore app and trying the multitude of different EQ settings. Battery life very impressive with the reported 7 hours of listening time with 3 additional full charges being available from the case for a total of 28 hours of listening time. The wireless charging of the case is one the things that was the slam dunk on my decision. My iPhone hardly ever sees a corded charger and I suspect these will be the same.

Posted .So sorry to learn about this. Just confirm if you have adjust the sound with the Soundcore APP? And do you test the HearID? Maybe the following troubleshooting steps are helful:
- Please adjust the volume after setting the volume control via the Soundcore App (Click Controller to enter the Custom Command page).
- Try to reset the earbuds using the steps below and connect them again:
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
- Please try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists. If still the same, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take care of you. You are important to us, and we want to help as much as we're able to. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Posted .Thanks for your writing and so sorry to learn about this. I understand you will returning them, if these headphones are still in your hands, please try the following troubleshooting steps:1. Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off your device's Bluetooth.
2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. When you put the left earbuds into the charging case, the left LED light on charging case will flash 2 times which means the earbuds is charging, please also note the right side will also do the same time, when you put it into charging case, the right LED light on charging case will also flash.
3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash red 3 times. All the memory data will be cleared, then close the charging case.
4. Re-open the charging case or take both sides out of the charging case, the white light on one side will flash quickly, which means it enters pairing mode
5. Enable the Bluetooth on your bluetooth devices. You can find the device name "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" on the Bluetooth list.
6. Please click "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" for pairing, the white light will flash slowly, which means it paired successfully.
7. Then there will pop out a screen with "Bluetooth Pairing Request", just click "Pair" (This step is very important)
Please note, due to the chips platform's compatibility, in the bluetooth pairing list the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 is displayed as "connected", and the Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L is displayed as "not connected". In fact, the earbuds are normally TWS paired to work.
If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take care of you. You are important to us, and we want to help as much as we're able to. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated). If the case LED does not light up, please charge the case first. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source to charge it for 2 hours.
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterwards before using.
3. Please place the earbuds correctly into the charging case. When you put the earbuds back into the case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally. Charge the headphones for 1.5 hours until they are fully charged. While charging the LED on the earbuds is breathing. When the devices are full, the LEDs will turn off.
Hint: Searching the following keyword on a search engine will bring you to a short video showing how to clean our earbud contacts on an older model for reference: MkbTerepwUk.
Please also reset the earbuds as the following steps to see if it is helpful:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
-After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
If those don't help, please reach out to us via service@soundcore.com or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.
