Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated). If the case LED does not light up, please charge the case first. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source to charge it for 2 hours.
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterwards before using.
3. Please place the earbuds correctly into the charging case. When you put the earbuds back into the case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally. Charge the headphones for 1.5 hours until they are fully charged. While charging the LED on the earbuds is breathing. When the devices are full, the LEDs will turn off.
Hint: Searching the following keyword on a search engine will bring you to a short video showing how to clean our earbud contacts on an older model for reference: MkbTerepwUk.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
- Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty Air 2 & Liberty Air 2 L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1)Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2)Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
--> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at service@soundcore.com for further assistance.

These are awesome!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With these, Anker steps up with the big boys. Outstanding product for sub $100 buds. These are better than the first generation in every way. The overall design is better, and better contour to your ear. This vastly improves fitment. Battery life is step up, now up to 7 hrs a charge. Even the case has improved. The biggest improvement is the sound dept. Stock the sound great, but it doesn’t stop there. You can tweak the eq with the Soundcore app, and even get a custom personal eq. Additionally, you can also swap out tap functions. I couldn’t be happier with these.

Great Alternative to Airpods!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First for the price, these earphones are great. They sound great and the sound can be customized in the soundcore app. Another pro, right out of the box, there were multiple tips, so I got a nice fit, and when running it does not come out. Build quality seems good too. Overall really like it, they sound great for the price and has some nice features like wireless charging. Only 3 complaints 1. The controls on the side pf earbud are a little confusing and could use some improvement. 2. After using these for 30 min, it felt uncomfortable, but maybe thats just me. Yes, I would recommend these earbuds, as an AirPods alternative. 3. If you use multiple devices like laptop, phone and Ipad, it can get annoying to connect to Bluetooth every time on each device.

They're everything they claim
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd been looking for new earbuds under $100 after my Jaybirds died and was beginning to think I was trying to tick too many boxes. I wanted a pair that can move from a workout, to a plane, to an office for calls and quiet. None were fitting the requirements at the price I needed. Then I found reviews on the first Liberty Air and bought a pair last week. They were nice and performed well, but the mic was just average. Still I planned to keep them until a couple of days later I saw that Anker announced a new version of the earbuds with significant improvements, especially call quality. I bought the Liberty Air 2. Spent a half day trying them out, and immediately returned the original pair of first generation buds. Not that anything was wrong with them at all, but the Liberty Air 2 are a definite step up IMO. They easily cover all my needs. It's early, but I'm very impressed at this price point. Fantastic sound and call quality. The improved battery and controls are an added bonus. All the features easily justify the price increase from the originals. It will be hard to find anything more complete at this price.

Great For Tiny and Sensitive Ears!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, I was having a hard time finding good fitting, reasonably priced, sweat resistant, true wireless headphones. I first had the Jlab JBud Air Sport, which were decent, but after continuous use for a little over a year they were still hurting my ears after about an hour or 2 of use. I traded them out for a pair of Jaybird Tarah x4's which with the smallest ear pieces in hurt my ears as soon as I put them in. I then tried my friends Jabra Elite Active 65t headphones which the reviews and best buy associates said they were very comfortable, but even with the smallest tips on those they would not stay in and also hurt my ears. When I went back to return the x4's an associate recommended the Apple Airpods because of the shape, but the price and the fact that they weren't sweat resistant turned me off. I saw these Liberty Air 2's that were about the same shape and had XS ear tips, were sweat proof, and had some sort of Hearing ID thing which I figured would be good for my sensitive hearing. I tried them out, downloaded the app (if you have basic tech knowledge it's easy to navigate), customized the controls (play/pause, next, previous, ext.), and did the test (Hearing ID) which equalizes the sound based on your hearing, and I'M IN LOVE WITH THEM!!! They sound amazing, they didn't break the bank, they're sweat resistant, withheld in high impact exercise, I hear calls well, and they DON'T HURT MY EARS!!!! So, if you have tiny ears that most headphones hurt give these a shot. Note: Default Settings don't have the previous button, but you can add it going into the settings in the app.

Great buds at great price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second set of Anker soundcore earbuds of purchased and i'm officially a fan. Easy to pair, great sounds quality and quality build. These are super comfy and sound better than my Galaxy buds. Battery life is amazing. I don't understand people's complaints about pairing. Maybe it's something to do with older versions of Android? I use a Pixel phone with current software and have had zero issues with any pair syncing. Highly recommended!
