Only drawback for me is that you cant install the app easily onto a computer, so its more for mobile devices.

I got it on a deal from Best Buy for $60. Also could use some of the Reward Points from Best Buy. + It has got enough ear tips to custom fit for out ears. Easy to pair. Great design of charging case with the slide open. - Felt sometimes it easily falls off from my ear as compared to my old Apple AirPods.

Distorted sound

Called Anker and they told me to exchange in best buy is the fastest way I can get my issue resolve. Went to bestbuy and they exchanged it. Before I head home, I tired the earpiece again to make sure and I got the same issue as my first one. Waste of time and going back and forth to the store. I owned the 1st version of this and its way louder and sound better. I will not recommend this.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
----Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
----Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
-Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off the Bluetooth from your device (phone/tablet/etc.) for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
-Try closing any other Apps you are not using on your device.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
