She's 14 and I bought these to see if she will actually take care of them before moving on to something more premium but she said they are really good at tuning out her little brother (11) Hahaha! The sound quality isn't good enough for me (music lover) but this is probably the best she's ever had.

I don't listen to music with them, so I can't review that aspect. I only use them to listen to videos on my computer and to attend online meetings. These are by far the best I have yet to use. I love the small, rounded case. The earbuds are very comfortable, and they work like a charm. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased these for my seven year old who wanted some "airpods". He is 7, I'm not going to spend that kind of money for a 7 year old. This is a great option, really slick, with touch controls for playing and pausing videos. Nice build quality, and for the amount I paid, around $25, an exceptional value.

My voice is not clear to other's most of the time ecen when my phone is extremely close 2. I have to reconnect each device every time I use.

For the first issue, we advise you to try:
- Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference.
- Forget the Bluetooth history.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
About the second issue, please try:
- Ensure the earbuds can be charged and be turned on.
- Delete the pairing records for the earbuds on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Note E” and pair the device to see if that worked.
- Put the earbuds back into the charging case for 10s and take them out again to see if they will reconnect to your device automatically.
- Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

The Airpods are great, but don't block out sound, so when doing loud yardwork, like mowing or trimming, it's hard to hear music. These work great as they do create a better seal and I can keep the volume at a reasonable level and still hear it. They're also good for jogging, as they stay in your ear.
