Q: Two questions on the Noise Canceling: 1.) Is the noise canceling active or passive? 2.) Is it for the headphone part, or the microphone part?

Q: So I learned that the earbuds automatically pause when you take them out of your ear. I only use the left earbud. Can you resume play using just the left earbud?

A: Music does not pause when you take them out your ear, but you can tap the earbuds twice and it will pause.

Q: bought a different type of earbud from Best Buy, and returning, don't like the fit. The ones I purchased did NOT come with written instructions. Do these? I like a book to refer to, because I'm not very good at finding stuff loaded in my phone quickly.

A: It comes with a quick start guide which has everything you should need, wearing, charging, on/off, pairing, re-pairing, controls, etc. BTW in my opinion the most comfortable ones I have ever purchased, if I lose them I will buy them again.

Q: Do the ear buds work independently of each other - meaning only left or only right at one time? THX

A: Yes. You can start with one and add the other one, and by doing a long press activate the new one. Similarly, you can start with two, take one out and replace it in the charger and keep using the other one. It changes the sound settings from stereo to mono in the one earbud. Very slick and simple

A: Thanks for your question. Kindly note that our Life Note E earbuds can work with the majority of Bluetooth devices. So if Acer laptops have Bluetooth, then the earbuds can work with them.
