The Anker Life Note E earbuds offer all of the above! This product includes headphone set, charging case, and USB-C cable. I love that they provide a USB-C as it's one of the more universal cables nowadays. Once you've unboxed everything, I recommend charging both your case and earbuds for maximum battery life. Once I had charged everything, setup was a breeze. Simply remove the earbuds, open your bluetooth connection on your phone and connect to "Soundcore Life Note E". I'm really impressed with the sound quality of these for such a small earbud. They not only have a solid surround sound but are great at blocking out other noises around you. I find the shape to be great even for rigorous activity. They stay put well, even if I'm running or working out. These are also a great option for travel because the case can charge them without needing to be plugged in as long as it's charged. I've tried a lot of wireless earbuds, but these are definitely in my top few. I find the sound quality to be the best of any I've tried and love the earbud shape.

They offer so much in performance and features but cost a lot less than the competition and these are no different. So the packaging is really simple, you get the buds, case, tips, cable, and paperwork, nothing fancy about it, and that's what I expected. The earbuds themselves are really small and very comfortable. These are going to be great for people who have smaller ears. but with the right tip, they will work for anyone. I've been getting around 7 hours of battery from the earbuds which are fantastic, especially for $50 and with the case, it totals over 30 hours which is insane in this price bracket. When it comes to sound, dont let the small size fool you. These things are full of low end, if you like bass you will love these. The mids and highs are present too and while not quite as detailed as the ore expensive options from Soundcore, they still sound extremely good. At this price point, I'm going to say these are as good as it gets. They punch well above the price point and you will love them. These will make great inexpensive gifts for the holidays

To fix the issue you mentioned, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing record for the earbuds on your device (Phone/Tablet/etc.). Then turn off your Bluetooth on the device.
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device (Phone/Tablet/etc.) and pair them again.
- Try these earbuds with another Bluetooth device (Phone/Tablet/etc.)

Soundcore earbuds

I tried all of the different sizes of attachments but none of them work for me and the buds just fall out frequently.

Poor sound quality

The sound is flat dead. These earbuds, they do stay in place they don't fall, but they are a litle bothersome on my ears.
