    Terrible quality, I returned mine for jbl which are 10 bucks less and way better quality.

    Clear sounding earbuds, but lacking a Rich sound.

    These earbuds do not feel comfortable in my ears even with changing the tip sizes. These earbuds are not for me.

      Here are the tips for your reference:

      - Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the charging case for at least 24 hours no matter if the indicator is on or off (it's best to use a 5V charger).
      - Make sure the wall charger and cable you're using work fine on other devices.
      - Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterward before using.
      - Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the case and make sure the ear tips are in the right position, sometimes the ear tips may interfere with the connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
      - Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

    In my case they weren't very comfortable in my ears. They kept putting pressure on my ears.

    I did not know Anker was making headphones as I have used there charging products and they work great. These headphones are made very nice and I really like the charging holder. They sound way better than I had anticipated based on the price. It does have a form of noise cancelation which works very well. It has 3 different EQs and I used them for one full day to test the battery and they lasted quite a long time and I can use the charging holder to charge them up fairly quickly. It would definitely recommend these and save money on a in-ear wireless headphones with noise cancellation.

      1. Firstly try to forget the pairing records on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      2. Reset the earbuds:Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
      3. After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. 
      4. Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Soundcore Life Note E and pair. 

      Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

    Kept disconnecting so I went to the store to exchange for a new set. They didn't have any in the store so I asked just to send me a new pair. That would cost me $8 in shipping!!! Ok, do send to store and I'll make *another* trip to the store for buying a defective product. Not happy. I also lost my promotional 6 month's free of Apple music and 4 month free trial of Sirius because the item was "returned." No, it was exchanged for a hopefully working item! Not according to the system so I lost the promos. What a racket.

    I was eager to get the buds up and running considering the reviews were so good, but that's where it all fell apart. After going through all of the settings, it still failed to impress. No bass, shrill sound. I don't recommend this at all.
