    Right earbud stopped working after one day...

    Worked great day 1. Day 2, right earbud completely crapped out. Fully charged, tried "resetting" and repairing multiple times per instructions, tried using with different devices. No luck...

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1) Confirm if the charging case has power left (open the charging case lid to check if there are any indications on the LEDs).
      2) Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then, put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and third lights on the case will flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
      3) If they still do not turn on, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid for 6 seconds, and try opening the lid again.
      4) Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

      Please also reset the earbuds as the following steps to see if it is helpful:
      1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
      2. Reboot the Bluetooth device, such as a phone or computer. Forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
      3. Reset the earbuds as per the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery.)
      *Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
      *Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful and the headphones enter to the pairing mode.
      When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the case, or it may cause resetting failure. The first and third LEDs will flash to indicate that they are properly connected. (The first LED flashes twice when the left earbud is in the case, and the third LED flashes twice when the right earbud is in the case).
      4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and search for Soundcore Life Note C/E and pair.

      If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "Soundcore Life Note C/E, please select "pair."If you accidentally select "cancel," you need to refresh (turn off and turn on) the Bluetooth of your device and pair the earbuds again.

    i work long 12 hour shifts and use these pretty much the whole time. never have they died on me in middle of the day. long as you keep the case charged, which charges really fast. i had mine for about a year and a half and now im buying a second pair. if you are looking for earbuds that can go nearly all day, these are the pair for you

    I have been using the Soundcore Life Note E for about a week now. Soundcore is the audio brand of Anker. I genuinely like Anker products and own a pair of ANC Soundcore Headphones. The Life Note E is a more value drive set of earphones. You can't use these expecting high-end quality but they are good. There are 3 sound modes, aside from the usual Bass Boost found in most earphones, one mode is podcast. Which actually does work quite well for both podcasts and voice calls. Voice call quality was more than good. Clear. No complaints from the other party about clarity or my voice not coming through clearly. The box says the Life Notes E has "AI Noise reduction". Not sure how it works, but it seems to do something. Noise isolation (again, these are not noise canceling) is good. If you have music playing, you will not hear people talking to you. The only thing for is me is the comfort was just not right. It wasn't a case of the tips not fitting. It's just that the housing for the actual speaker sits a little unevenly in my ear. This is entirely a personal thing. I had my partner test it and they had no issue or complaint. But if you have smaller ears, this may bother you. FYI. They charge via USB C (cable included) and they are IPX5 rated (water-resistant). Overall. They have good sound and are good value. Given Anker/Soundcore back this with an 18-month warranty it's very good value. Best Buy reviews always ask if you would recommend to a friend. I've said yes, but that's because Soundcore products are good even though I would let a friend know the comfort wasn't perfect for me. That said, if you don't like the fruit company, want black headphones that look the part, these are hard to fault. Note: Not a complaint or fault, but on iOS 15 and when using Spotify, when I put the Life Note 3's back in the case my iPhone would continue playing but via the iPhone for about 1-2 seconds. Worth knowing.

    Earbuds

    Really clear sound, no static. Very powerful for the price. Only drawback is that its slightly too big for my ears ( I do have small ears though). The battery life is great for me as it lasted hours on the road while I was traveling. Really easy to set up and connect to my phone.

    I’m returning these. They are junk. I have the volume down to minimum and all I hear in the background is cracking noise. Will never purchase these again.

    Not satisfied with this product at all. Earbuds fall out at the slightest of movement. Will not keep a charge longer than an hour. Will not purchase this product/brand again.

    Not happy at all with this purchase. After two weeks of use the battery in the ear buds are bad. They want hold a charge

      1) Try other sizes of eartips to ensure you're using one that fits well and creates a tight seal.
      2) Make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that it creates a tight seal.

      *Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

      Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
      1) Ensure that your phone is on the right hand side.
      2) Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
      3) If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

      Or you can try:
      - Putting the earbuds back in the charging case and close it to re-pair your earbuds.
      - Resetting the earbuds:
      1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
      2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the 3 LED indicators blink white 3 times and then flashes white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds have entered pairing mode.

      3. After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. 
      4. Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Soundcore Life Note E and pair.

    These are by no means top of the line noise cancelling earbuds, but for what they cost they're well worth it. Anker actually makes really good products. These are slightly smaller than the noise cancelling anker earbuds that I have and in turn they're also lighter. The sound to me is great. You cannot use them with the app. but I rarely use the soundcore app anyways. I use these for my work earbuds where noise cancelling it not needed and actually its better the more background noise I hear the better. The case is very small and takes up a small footprint if you want to carry it in your pocket. These earbuds are nothing ground breaking or latest greatest tech, but for the cost vs what you get, they're definitely worth it for a true wireless earbud.

    Long life, good sound amazing mic/AI sounds clear

    Superb value for money. Me experience with earbuds runs from $15 wired, through extensive experience with $150 Sennheiser's through $300 IEMs. These are very good for every day carry. The mic function is superior to my Samsung galaxy and the sennheisers. The sound it clear but not audiophile. I test phones with the Right hand man in hamilton and the sennheisers can reproduce it but these break up on the cannon shot. For the money I am very happy to use thes for movies and phone calls. I am definitely more aware of the music in movies than I was because of these buds.
