They go all out in this game. I never laughed so hard at a video game before. Some of the things they do are pretty bad,but if you played the first game then you know what to expect.

If you like South Park, then this game is for you. It is very funny, but besides that the game itself is good. The turn based combat has more depth than the 1st. Highly recommend!

So far I've had a great time with this game! It looks exactly like cartoon and the humor is on point. They have made some changes with the battle format in this compared to Stick of Truth but it comes through ok. If you're a die hard fan it's a must buy.

Naturally, if South Park offends you then this game will as well. If you like the outrageous humor, this game offers that in spades as well as fun RPG gameplay and mechanics.

South Park game is one of the best rpg games out there, very hilarious and suprises in every corner. Love the comic book hero theme of this game and the adult humor.

Amazing Game... If You Love South Park

I had so much fun playing this game. It plays like a whole season of South Park and is just fun enough to stay interesting in between story missions. The game itself is not especially difficult; it's really about experiencing the story. I've watched South Park for a while and I still love the show, but if you're not into South Park or only have a passing interest then this game probably isn't for you. That probably goes without saying, but it's worth mentioning because the gameplay itself is just okay. The story and the amount of things to do more than makes up for it though.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole once again completely succeeds in immersing the player in the hilarious world of the eponymous TV show, this time focusing on the kids establishing Cartman's superhero movie franchise. Out are the capes and staffs and in are the masks and colourful tights. You once again play as the New Kid who gets sucked in the thick of it: fighting sixth graders, farting on strippers and gathering allies. All characters feel authentic and the jokes are on point. As an actual video game, The Fractured But Whole improves greatly upon its predecessor. Combat is now grid-based and feels more strategic; costumes are more varied and more numerous and bonuses from artifacts are very noticeable. The story is perhaps the one aspect that isn't necessarily better than that in Stick of Truth. While its better paced and more coherent, it lacks some ridiculousness and scale of the last, making it ultimately more forgettable. As a verdict, the game is a must-buy if you loved the first game or are a fan of the show who for some reason didn't get the chance to play Stick of Truth. This game will satisfy you if you thought the TV show was a bit lacking lately, even if it draws some of its humour from some of the later seasons' inside jokes.

Not for kids, but the humor is outstanding. A better play mechanic than the last one, which you get with this if you haven’t played it.

If you are a fan of South Park: The Stick of Truth this game definitely compares well to that. The combat system has been changed to a grid based system which incorporates movement and character placement into battles. This change allows for combat to be a little more complex even though it sometimes can be a little on the easy side. The writing is 100% South Park. This is basically a 10 hour long episode, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you feel about South Park's humor. I found the humor a little slow and somewhat lazy at the beginning but after a couple of hours it picks up and moves along pretty well. There were more chuckles than groans by the end of the game.

RPG fans who are also fans of South Park will truly enjoy this entertaining adventure. However, those who are general fans of turned-based RPGs and appreciate the style of humor South Park brings to the table will also enjoy this game. For those that have played a Stick of Truth, this game is an improvement, but does not change much since a Stick of Truth was a solid foundation. I highly recommend this game to anyone who is a South Park fan or is in need of a humorous and sometimes crude adventure.

I am having so much fun with this game. I haven't even been focused on the main story. It is fun just to run around looking in people's houses and seeing what items you can find. The game play is very similar to the stick of truth, but looks so much better with the Xbox one than the 360. It's a nice bit that they start the game continuing the first episode of the season in ways. If you enjoyed the stick of truth or are just a fan of the franchise, then you should really like this game.

If you've played the Stick of Truth then you'll know what to expect. Turn based combat, exploration, minor puzzle solving and a mountain of South Park-style humor and callbacks to the series. If you're a South Park fan, it's a must buy. For anyone else...well, the humor here might turn you off as a decent amount are lowbrow (let's say toilet humor) jokes. But if you'd like to turn your brain off for a bit and enjoy, I heartily recommend it.
