If you are a fan of south park you will not be disappointed

Buy it, do not play it anywhere near your kids and enjoy it.

I watch South Park, so this game is especially fun for me.

this game is everything I could of ever asked for out of a South Park game. As a diehard fan of the show this game did not disappoint and more than worth the wait. the gameplay is nothing amazing or groundbreaking just very solid and it works well with the game. the real bread and butter here is the story, characters, humor, and spot on visuals that make you feel like you are playing an episode of the show. The games humor was consistent through the roughly 15 hours it took me to complete the game and this stands as my favorite game to this point of 2014.

While I like the storyline, I hate the controls. I was actually going to trade this game in but, my nephew loves it. This is the only reason I'm keeping it.

I have had difficulty enjoying this game on the easy setting. The fight sequences are very difficult to manage for the beginner player. WARNING: Language!!!

Game was ok. I like the mechanics but the story was basically just a rehash of a bunch of different south park episodes.

My son enjoyed playing it a lot, but completed it too quickly

This is a good game for anyone who likes Southpark.

It was ok. A creative play on the RPG game but I don't really watch Southpark any more so it didn't really strike a cord with me. Ultimately it was a watered down RPG game.

This game just moves to slow. Is boring after a while.

I'm a huge fan of Skyrim and Fallout. But even a bigger fan of south park. This game is Amazing. Usually in a RPG you don't know what to expect. But in South Park you kinda do, and it does not disappoint. From start to finish not only do you feel like your in a episode but the humor is spot on to what the series has brought you to expect. Try to remember the last time a game made you laugh out loud, it doesn't happen often. But in this game I was brought to tears laughing multiple times. And don't think that its lacking on true RPG greatness, cause its super fun to play as well. Do realize though this game is rated M so its not really for kids.

Dude it is SOUTH PARK! If you are a fan and play video games this is a must have. The game play and controls are great, the story is just crazy, and all the characters are there. I figure that I'll be lost in Mr. Slaves nether regions by game end! That being said this is NOT a kids game. If you are planning on buying this for your 8 year old know he will be learning new and exciting words and phrases to get kicked out of school with. I almost guarantee an embarrassing parent teacher meeting! But if you are an adult and love South Park, BUY IT!

South Park: Stick of Truth is the game every South Park fan has been waiting for, and it has officially set a high standard that'll be hard to pass up. Matt Stone and Trey Parker have involved themselves in the best way to make sure this game was true to its source, and what a blast it was. First thing to mention is that game is filled with bugs and glitches, to the point where I had to restart the game just to get past a certain point. However, bugs and glitches aside, this did not take me away from the experience this game was giving, and took me about 14-15 hours to complete (side quests and all). You're the new kid in town, and you get to make this kid to your liking, which is cool. You're then taken to the world of South Park, where your story awaits. I seriously don't want to give anything away because it's genuinely funny, if you're a South Park fan, and the writing in this game is seriously brilliant. Hopefully updates are released to fix some issues, and hopefully it's sooner rather than later. If you're a South Park fan, this is the game you've been waiting for. If you're not a South Park, this game isn't for you. Their humor is very specific and is true to fans. Also, if you're a GCU member, get the game. If not, wait for a $10 price drop, which could be soon. Oh, and one more thing, Canada. Just awesome.

If you like South Park and RPGs, this is pretty much a no-brainer. Voicework is comepletely done by the cast of the show, so it has a truly authentic feel. Gameplay is good. Nice character development, but it's kept on the lighter side (at least compared to Obsidian's previous games) so you're not managing stats and inventory the whole time. Give it a go, you'll probably enjoy it.

So first things first, this is a South Park game, if you don't like South Park it probably won't change your mind playing this. The game basically plays like a 10 hour episode of South Park. The great things about this game, the combat is fun and requires you to play an active role. There are a lot of collectibles scattered around the game that make references to the show, and you can customize your character with a lot of different options. The story is pretty awesome, the game seems very well written with full support from the shows creators. The voice acting is top notch, and the design is just like the show. Not so great things about this game, while the combat requires you to actively pay attention and put your input into attacks using QTE (quick time events) the combat is relatively easy, you will only die if you aren't paying attention. The game will tell you what the enemies are weak against and you can switch party members during battle. You can only have one party member at a time with you, and all the characters pretty much do the same stuff but with different looking attacks, and picking a class doesn't really do anything except give you a set of different special attacks. They do make references to your class which can be funny, but it doesn't affect combat significantly like normal rpgs would. In conclusion, this is a great game.... for South Park fans. I can't recommend this to too many people who don't like the show, or get the humor, however most of my friends like the show so I don't run into this problem but I can see where others would.

This was my first experience with a turn based RPG. I found it easy to adapt to. Also, this may be the funniest video game I have ever played. Matt and Trey are at the top of their game here.

This game has some of the most hilarious moments. I found myself having to pause the game to wipe tears of laughter from my eyes. Has many reminders of great South Park episodes and plenty of adult humor. The graphics make the game play and a televised episode of South Park almost identical. My only complaint is the fighting is a little rigid and sometimes the fights seem long for defeating a child but being able to use farts as a weapon makes up for that. Spoiler alert: you get to attack Al Gore by farting on him! That's worth the price! Hilarious!

Great game , if you are a fan of South Park you will love this game. I laughed so many times while playing. More like stick of awesome
