Do you really need a review? It was about time they did something special in the packaging for such a classic. Awesome movie, awesome steelbook at a great price.

This was a must buy when I saw this in the cheap movies bin. Had this on VHS back in the day. Needed a new one to keep the good times rolling!

This is one of the best classic movies of the 80"s

This movie has stood the test of time and is still quite capable of generating laughs. So many quotable lines in this movie. And in full HD. Home run.

I have seen these movie once or twice. I am glad I could finally pass it on to my young ones. Action-packed from beginning to end. There's a few dead people in it.

This is very funny movie with an all-star cast. I think Rick Moranis did an excellent job as Dark Helmet. I will definitely watch it over and over again.

Not everyone can appreciate this kind of humor, but if you are a fan of the other movies made by SNL characters then this will be enjoyable.

Classic parody of Star Wars is probably one of the funniest movies of all time...if you l like Star Wars, it's must see & own, 28th Anniversary Edition!

I can't comment on the quality of the DVD transfer itself as I haven't watched the DVD (yet). But the movie is a classic Mel Brooks comedy. I also suggest that you look on YouTube for some of the behind-the scenes vids about the making of the movie.

I bought this as a "stocking stuffer" for my two adult sons. They loved this movie way back when and I'm sure will enjoy watching it again with their children.

Kino hits it out of the park again on 4K UHD. Support their quality work by buying this!

while i wouldn't put it on the same level as Blazing Saddles or Young Frankenstein, it is still better than most other comedies out there

This movie is such a treat if you love humor. It takes older movies and makes a parody for the movies mashed up into one. A true classic.

I mean, if you haven't seen this ( which I hope you have ) you should buy it, it's worth all the pennies

WOW...this is not a lot different that the Collector's Edition on DVD, except the video transfer is awesome. Totally worth it to have it on HD.

Loooove this movie! Perhaps the greatest spoof of all time! The stickers that came with it are so cute! It was on sale for $6, really can't beat that!

This BD release looks great in hi def and comes with a UV code...which is why I purchased it. Same transfer as before but the UV code is a huge bonus.

Mel Brooks is great at what he does and this movie was just hilarious just like his other films.

Even after all these years, Spaceballs is one of Mel Brooks best. A great comedy spoof of the Star Wars franchise that keeps you laughing throughout.

An eternal classic; the only issue I have with this movie is that its sequel, Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money, was never greenlit
