It's got all of the utility of a standard laptop, with the flexibility and intimate usability of a tablet. Very light and slim design, vibrant, accurate, sharp screen.

Generally speaking, I love HP laptops. This, in fact, was a Spectre purchased in December of 2017 to replace a still-working Spectre 13-inch model that had a much bigger footprint and was two years old. Running an internet company I know battery life specs are like MSRP and MPG ratings; they aren't real. Maybe somewhere over the rainbow under the most ideal test-tube conditions someone got those often-ridiculous hours quoted, but you and I never will. My simply "real world" test - after doing all the BIOS updates - out of the box managed 3:45 and that was just with one chrome tab open and a continuous YouTube video loop with 70% brightness. Since I was out of the BB return window HP took the unit back and replaced the battery. Same test upon return: 5:45. Not great, and nothing near the benchmarks you read about online, but with no other options that had to suffice. Fast forward to January 2019: Doing nothing more than heavy research online with multiple tabs open on Chrome, no more than 3:30 at a 70-80 brightness level. Fantastic laptop otherwise, but you be the judge. When someone says in these reviews "great battery life," what does that mean to that individual? For me, if it doesn't get at least 5 hours, it doesn't make it through a flight cross-country since, amazingly, many carriers still don't have power options. Either way, my verdict is this Spectre is a dog with fleas, which is shocking considering it has a 60w battery.

Her MacBook had been malfunctioning & she was very unhappy with Apple's service & support, So she decided to switch to a Windows machine. She loves this new computer.

I am happy with the computer but real disappointed in my purchase as I specifically wanted 16mb ram and was told that that was what I was buying. I didn’t verify the specs.

Hp Spectre provides a very good user experience, and is a great personal laptop for students and professionals. Recommended for small to medium level process workload.

Great machine. Clear display, great resolution and colors, clear loud speakers; speedy processing. Bought it to write reports on the job in my truck. Couldn’t be happier. Forgot to say the battery is exceptional.

I bought an HP again as I really liked all the features on my previous HP laptop. I bought the best model this time and am very satisfied with it so far. I have had it for 6 months now with no issues.

This is a very functional laptop with a couple flaws that stood out. 1) It runs super hot. 2) The placement of the finger print and power buttons are annoying.

l bought this for my wife who says she really likes it. Now she can do all her PC work anywhere in the house. Very nice and compact size, unlike my laptop.

After shopping around for the perfect laptop (for us) we found this one! It's pretty great. It's fast to start up, great capacitative touch response, fast while running multiple programs, and it looks amazing.

It got the job done. I purchased this for school but the school closed so now I'm just lucky to have a fairly decent laptop.

I like my Spectre so much I bought another one for my college freshman. Latest Core I7 8th gen is plenty fast.

Did a lot of research (online, Consumer Reports, word of mouth, etc.) and the ratings did not lie... great laptop. Lightweight, great screen clarity and the sound is nice. No real cons.

This 2 in 1 has everything I need. As a stay at home mom I need something that will allow me to track all my children's activities, and take care of my own projects. The size is great, I love it.

I got what I expected. This is fully featured and has almost everything what new laptops supposed to be. I am fully satisfied with this product and will recommend to everyone who wants to buy

laptop has only 1 usb port so i will be purchasing a usb hub: additionally i will be purchasing a cd/dvd drive to make the laptop more versatile

Couldn't be happier. This is my first PC in over a decade, always using mac book pros, and had to get a PC for work. Definitely made the transition that much easier having a nice laptop. Love it

This a nice machine. Fast processor and excellent screen, light and durable with an aluminum case. But after 2 years the machine has begun freezing up. Took it to Best Buy and they fixed it and 2 months later it did it again. Each time the battery has be taken out to get it working again. And that ain’t easy. This is the most expensive laptop in the store so I wasn’t expecting it to geek this soon.

Great product, only issue so far has been the charger where we have had to do a reset to get it to work, but it appears to have fixed the issue.

This 2in1 does a pretty good job as both a laptop and a tablet. I haven’t yet delved into all the small things but for what I want it works great.
