Great laptop but some issues

Worked great for a while but then started getting error message about the fan not running properly. Took to Best Buy and they had to send out twice for same problem and then after third time got a new computer. Got the same one so hopefully no more of these issues. My son had same computer but older model and works great.

Great Laptop

Absolutely love the look of the laptop and it is super fast. Also it easily converts to tablet mode. It comes with a stylus and case for the laptop which with other brands you'd have to buy separately. Before I purchased I had read other reviews that mentioned about the machine running hot but I haven't experienced that at all. I would definitely purchase another HP Spectre

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 but it had too much intermittent screen flickering & short blackouts....not good when using it for public presentations. Three attempts to repair did not fix it. Found out this has been a problem for many Lenovo laptops for the past few years. Plus, battery life was pathetic. Bought the HP Spectre only because I could no longer fully trust the Lenovo. So far, the HP Spectre is way better than the Lenovo Yoga.
