This computer is incredibly fast in its processing power and I love its overall quality. The one drawback is its touchpad. I frequently have issues with its functionality, having to restart my computer to fix it and its awkward length results in errors more often than I like from accidentally resting my hand on it. I would still suggest this computer despite this issue.

This was purchased for my son in high school. He has had it for about a month and a half md he is still amazed of the high quality of it. The screen resolution is unreal- and its touch screen! The blue tooth works seamlessly with his AirPods and wireless mouse. Super fast and super quiet! HP hit it out of the ballpark with this one!

I love this laptop. The 2-1 function is exactly what I was looking for. Keyboard is smooth. Screen is huge. It’s fast! The only problem is the tracker. It is not good, at all! I will be buying a wireless mouse for this laptop. I would’ve given this product 5 stars if not for the tracker.

Easy to use, computer has performed exactly as expected

Excellent clarity and color. Easy to operate. My photos look so clear and it's easy to edit. It goes quickly to websites. Slender with clean lines. Not sure if it's my touch or need to get more comfortable with it, but sometimes it seems to jump to another website without my trying to make it do that. Very sensitive to touch.

Great for everything and everyone. Has a great display

You have to get this it has all the bells and whistles, Very convenient when turned into a tablet plus the pen.. I just purchased it in September 2019, So I'm still having a blast exploring.. and getting to know my Spectrum x360.. It's a great fit for business, school, and any hobbies that needs an excellent windows program.

Great laptop, very fast, very light, and very elegant.

The HP laptop computer is a great looking machine and has a lot of great features. I had the Geek Squad help me load programs and set up my printers. The experience buying my computer and getting it set up for me to use was seamless. I would without question recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad to my family and friends.

Fast computer for everything that I need it to do.

I've had nothing but issues with this. I was told that it was the best laptop available. It glitches and lags. Sometimes the screen just goes dark. It is always overheating. Thus, the fan is super loud. It restarts on its own. The speakers on the bottom are muffled by your lap, a table, etc. Terrible camera quality. The backlights on the keyboard don't work every time. This is just for school and it does not keep up. Also, the insurance service is bad. Sent this in for a repair. They kept it for 2 weeks. No difference. They didn't fix any visible damage either. Buy a Dell or a MacBook.

Very simply, comparing specs and seeing the unit in person made it clear this is the laptop we should buy. My daughter is very happy with it. And we bought it at Best Buy because they have a no-hassle return policy if you accidentally get a clunker.

Computer has sleek style, easy to use, it easy for Kids to use

I am extremely pleased with this beautiful laptop. Nice features, from keyboard, speed, durable handling, clean looking screen and great speakers. The touchpad has two-finger scrolling which takes some getting used to but it works great and I have no complaints at this time.

Totally impressed with my new laptop. This was a replacement for an Apple laptop that I bought because I had an I-phone and i-pad. Too many years using the HP computers and the familiar features to adapt to using the Apple Computer.

Excellent so far!! I would recommend this device to anyone. It’s light and easy to use and transport. Clear videos, easy to navigate and not difficult to use. I have not had the device very long but so far I couldn’t be happier. Customer service when buying was also very helpful and informative.
