Needed a new upgraded laptop, my other was over 10 years old. I didnt intend to purchase this one, but it has everything's i need and it was a worthwhile investment.

Laptop was amazing! Very good. Compatible with all the programs I needed to download. Very fast and had abs. No issues with it. Only reason I am Giving it a 3 star is due to it being built the way it was. Laptop is made out of “metal” the power button is on the corner of the laptop which was a horrible placement! I dropped it “lightly” once which it was in a book bag .... and that was it for it! It broke/dented the place where the power button is located. Laptop it’s self was great but the construction/quality of it is horrible for the price! Pretty pricey!

I had the older version of this laptop and loved it except for the fact that the speakers blew out after 2 months operating on low volume. This newer version has additional features like a fingerprint reader and webcam switch for added security. Those are the only good things. The power button is very difficult to locate and even the sales associate struggled to find it upon return. The track pad and keyboard feel awkward. Keyboard is so soft to press that you're not sure if you've registered the character you're attempting to type. The track pad takes some adjustment. I'm stepping away from HP laptops for awhile. Go with the new Asus laptops.

This laptop is amazing. It is stylish, fast, and is great quality. The only downsides are that it only has one usb port and it does not have a cd player. Other than that I absolute love it.

It's a good quality machine. I have the earlier model without the numbers pad. the battery stays charge for about 10 or more hours. This one only lasts about 3 hours. Is there something that can be done about this?

This is the best combination of beauty and beast. Where power give you availity to do everything and the beautiful design make you outstanding.

I was looking for a laptop to use for learning how to edit photos but would last me for the long haul also. This computer has been great for me and the purpose I wanted it for.

Enjoying the HP laptop. Everything has been easy to setup and like the feel and look of the laptop. Using it for work and it is very efficient and handles all of the applications.

The light up keyboard is awesome! The display is so clear and nice! I love the design of the laptop and the power of the laptop overall, its amazing! I love everything about it!!

The only issues I have is that there is no slot to put the pin. I don't like the power button on the pit side top left corner. This button is now more vulnerable to jamming

As said, it all is great on the outside and flexibility as advertised. Only issue if any so far, is the processing speed and the "dual" update system (hp and windows) which do not talk to each other.

I'm an older user and not very tech savvy - love this one though. While I use it for home use only, I'm reassured by my grandkids that this is something they would use too.

I needed an office computer that could run multiple applications without slowing down. This exceeded all of my expectations.

The laptop meets all of my needs. It has a fast startup and clear display. I love the screen size and keyboard layout I have nothing to complain about with this purchase.

I love the large screen. Tablet mode is outstanding. Picture is great at 4k resolution. Decent sound quality as well.

I am enjoying this new comp. Have a lot to learn on it so far, but it is nice to have one that does not keep locking up. Nice features and so far user friendly.

This is a very nice laptop. I would like them to include some better tutorials about using the pen and access to tutorials about Windows 10. It was easy to set up and start using though.

I think it was a little to expensive, but it works really well. I enjoy the 360 function, it was really helpful well classes were online during COVID-19 stay at home order.
